My daughter requested to eat here for her birthday dinner. We were able to get seated quickly for a large party. Waitress was nice, but it quickly went downhill. We didn't get any rolls despite other tables having some (they said there was something wrong with their oven). Then the waitress brought out our food but not everyone's came out. She said she'd be right back with the missing food and disappeared for 20 minutes. The rest of use ate our food and it tasted good, but hard to eat in front of others. We finally had to go to the hostess station to ask where the food was and it came out a while later. The manager apologized, comped the meals, wished my daughter a happy birthday. Then Waitress finally came back to give is our checks. She didn't ask if we wanted any desert, which I was planning on getting, and they never did the birthday celebration.
My husband and I ask for my steak to be med. well and his roadkill to be medium ,It was all well done. We never received our salads and had to ask for them. Our waitress was nice and did ask if I wanted them to remake it. I had already waited30 minutes for it . I didnt want to wait longer. My knife was dirty when I unwrapped it. We was brought two little plates with our rolls and one of those was dirty as well.
Great place!! I was greeted with a couple of smiles and was seated within 2 minutes. My waitress introduced herself and took my drink order right away. The steak and ribs were cooked perfectly. Her service was great!! After dinner went into the bar area, had a ice cold beer while watching sports.Would definitely recommend coming by when in the area.
We went to Texas Roadhouse a few weeks ago with our daughter and was very disappointed ! Her steak was not eatable! It was gristly all through it. The manager offered to cook another one but we had already been there over 2 hours so he took it off the bill. My husband and I went back last night to give them another try….seated right away with no rolls. Waited 10 minutes for waitress to come. She took our order My husband ordered a baked potato with his meal. We asked her for rolls. She came back and said they were out of baked potatoes!!! WHAT??? So he ordered FF. Waited 30 minutes. People that came in after us got some! My husband is diabetic and needed food. Had to ask for rolls again! Finally got them and they were cold. Food came and his beef tips were not well done. We didn’t get refills on tea or Coke! Asked for check and take home box. Got check. No box. My husband had to go ask her for it again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Won’t be going back to the Texas Roadhouse in Lynchburg again!!!
I called to order curbside and was told rolls aren’t available tonight. That’s a first. Will be going to Logan’s instead. ?
we had such a great time great atmosphere it seemed like everyone had a birthday last night..Yeeeehawwww.. our waitress she was great they did get my daughter's burger wrong It was so pink she said are they trying to kill but she is 15? .. they cooked another and it was perfect all is well. and on the house..it's my girls fav place so def going keep going.
OMG The Peach Tea is freaking AMAZING!!!! It's like drinking a perfectly fresh ripe peach, flavored with tea lol... Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection and was absolutely Delicious...???????And service was outstanding too!! Thank you Liz for serving us with your friendly energetic personality making our first night out in years that much more of an enjoyable experience.. ?
Manager is extremely rude. Wait times are not accurate. Customer Service is terrible. Do not bother using the online wait list. We ate here regularly for years, in the past year we have seen an extreme decline in the service and management. I totally understand everyone is under staffed and things maybe different, but all it takes is kindly explaining these things to customers and being understanding. Instead, the manger was not professional and actually mocked us as we waited an hour passed our estimated wait time. I’d say we were extremely patient, and all we wanted was an explanation as to why we were not being sat after the amount of time we waited past. We approached he raised his voice, was not kind and was extremely rude. I’ll be happy to never go back
Daughter's birthday is Sunday took her to eat today we had appetizers and a very big meal waitress was wonderful meal was great we all had appetizers and everyone simply raved about how wonderful they were. Me okay everybody had steaks everything was cooked to perfection again the waitress was wonderful everybody brought food home everybody was happy couldn't ask for better experience
