I would of let a negative star if it was possible I ordered 4 different tacos all of them wrong ridiculous the recipe is correct but the food was fixed wrong example I ordered potato taco add guacamole I guess they forgot and it was a up charge and my veggie burrito says no cheese but there was cheese on it
The only bad thing I can say about Taco Bell is that they leave off the cinnamon twist how much every time I order them. But I will say I can come there and make up my own stuff or my own recipe and ingredients every time and they don't even laugh at me LOL and yesterday the bean cheese and beef whatever it was was awesome! And God drive thru has an incredible personality we always messing with him and he always always returns with a smile no matter what we say we just love Taco Bell on Timberlake road
Quality of the food was just not there. The cashier had no sense of urgency to get our order.
Ordered for 20 people, all lunch specials. It was smooth, hot and delicious...no issues.

Complete lack of customer service.Nobody would answer the phone, even though I called five separate times. So then I Drove by to go see if the drive thru was open later, as most taco bells are, and none of the people inside the building would pay attention. I sat at the drive thru window and watched multiple employees walk by me, and I even waved to get their attention. Two employees simply glanced at me, and then moved out of sight…….this “”pandemic”” has brought out the highest level of laziness I think I’ve ever seen in my life. Nobody wants to work, or has any drive to leave a positive impact with customer service. It’s being seen everywhere, and it’s a shame. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell again.
For being a Fast food place I had a fantastic experience! I got some food through the drive-through and they were super kind and helpful! The tacos were filled well and everything tasted amazing!
Drive thru path is not great for traffic flow and causes bottle necks. Food was typical, but a complete mess the way they wrapped it, and no one has a clue what burrito is what with the wrapper, so we all just pull them apart to see whats inside to find out.
As someone who used to work at taco bell this is easily the nicest one, manager was EXREMELY friendly (I believe his name was Tyree or something close to it) and was very fast.
