I visited this location and was blown away with the amount of attitude & lack of care in regards to a mistake THEY made. Pulled in to see multiple employees lounging around the restaurant which explains how my order was made incorrect in the first place. I hope to see some better night managers and crew as a whole. Food Service & Customer Service is much easier than it is made out to be. A smile goes a long way?
My grandson loves this place, but the service is very slow. I had to pick up an order. It took 20 minutes to get it.
What made this visit to this franchise Taco Bell was the service was better in reference to Timberlake Road around Virginia the service takes too long by the time I got my food I could have had a 5 Shadow on my face the service at the Timberlake Taco Bell needs Improvement greatly their attitudes towards this needs to change immediately in order to keep their customer base and improve sales this also includes improving appearances professional appearances must be upheld
Honestly sick of this place either being closed or out of a majority of thier items. When they do have your items they are burnt or poorly made. By far the worst taco bell in the area.
I had to leave a review for this Taco Bell. This by far is the best one in town, the friendliest people and the food was good. I ordered something online though and the order didn't come through correctly as I ordered no beans. I did end up getting beans but when I returned they fixed my order, gave me two free taco coupons and was very gracious about it. I really appreciate good customer service and definitely appreciate the hard work. Thanks!
The food is almost always very well prepared and tasty, but nearly every order I’ve made has been missing at least one item, or an incorrect customization.
Good food; very US Americanised v Ethnic cooking. Staff always nice and outside is even clean.
The new grilled burrito was fair. Not great, but not terrible either. I ordered the sausage one. Do us all a favor and bring back the Grilled Cheese burrito with steak. As you were.
