I ordered delivery, and I found two strands of dark hair in my sandwich, wasn’t wrapped up all the way whatsoever. And had way too much seasoning on the Italian urban cheese bread.
Super friendly staff and they made our sandwiches nice and neat, bot sloppy and thrown around like a lot of sub places

Managment left a girl who has only been working there 2 day there to run the store by herself. In my opinion plan for new Managment. 45 minutes waiting on some to open a register. Pathetic....

Nice subway shop with good classic subway sandwiches. Normally, it is not very busy, which is nice. There are plenty of options for an average price. The is plenty of empty seating too. It is coonviently located near other shops and stores along Timberlake road. It is definitely not perfect, but it is good.
Probably the worst experience I have ever had at this subway. I normally always go to this subway but I never will go again! I DoorDashed subs for my son and I because I couldn’t go out do you an infection in my mouth that’s affecting my face. I called to get someone to resolve the solution and they kept cutting me off on the phone acting like they didn’t care. If I did that at my job I would be fired. Both subs were that way and they only re made my 6 inch! Probably the worst service I’ve ever had and I will never ever do business at this subway again.
