This location always has great people working in it. I've gone in, called in and used the drive thru. They have never given bad service here. Not to me. It may be a tad slow in drive thru, but, duh!!, They're making it as they go, as you order. So that shouldn't be a surprise. If you want a great sub (new menu is great), great service, this is the sandwich shop to hit. Be good to those who make you're food!!! ??

Rude customer service. Always in the back and are annoyed when they are alerted with the bell and have to actually do their job. I usually come here when I’m shopping for a while and need something to eat. Well, each time, it is slow, sloppy, and rude. Every single thing that I say is replied with a lazy one-worded response, or nothing at all. I just feel uncomfortable each time, as if I’m wasting their precious time. My occupation is rather difficult and I deal with all walks of life, including disrespectful ones on a day to day basis, but I try everything in my power to make everyone’s time enjoyable. I usually don’t review, but the service there is ridiculous. Don’t work a customer service job if you can’t stand serving customers. At least pretend.

This review is for the Subway inside Walmart, 3227 Old Forest Road. Couldn’t get service. Came on July 25th at 6:30, there was a woman on her cell phone apparently trying to figure something out on a screen. There was a sign up saying “Went to restroom be back soon”. Waited close to 10 minutes, I motioned in her direction to get her attention. She saw me motioning, looked in my direction and gave me a eye roll! Another customer approached and was also unable to get any service.

Seriously the owner of this subway needs to reevaluate his employees. They are some of the rudest I’ve dealt with, they roll their eyes at you when you want your sub customized to what you want. I’ve heard them be rude to the Walmart customers. The little doorbell can be blocked easily and I heard the worker tell a lady “Either get inside the restaurant or leave”. Biggest joke ever

The Customer service was awful!!! They talked to each about everything under instead of fixing my food. It was sloppy....she must placed 20 pickles on a 6 inch sub and almost gave me half the bottle of mayo. I would love to talk to the owner or manager to give the entire story it was unbelievable.
