Great. But little confused to find the store because many of other Starbucks are located nearby.
Very friendly and all around good vibe, order slightly incorrect but I belive that is because of my wording
The girl with the purple hair was so rude. Wouldn't even smile when I smiled at her while she was taking my order. Rolled her eyes when I asked for light ice. Plus the whole place was dirty. No one bothered to wipe up their mess on the counter. Really disgusting especially since they weren't busy at all.
Had a new cashier tonight who was super friendly and made sure our order was correct before placing it. All the staff were friendly and the drinks came out great!
Fast stop off of 81. Typically great Starbucks. Clean restrooms. Great drinks.
This Starbucks is really good at making people feel unwelcome. all the workers stared very unfriendly without offering assistance, or even letting me know they’d be with me shortly. The energy here is absolutely terrible and it’s the staff. Slamming things around, rolling there eyes at people. Oh and then they took the customer that came in after me immediately AND greeted him. Yeah it’s a no for me
Ordered a Venti Pink drink.. was not told they did not have strawberries. I asked for a refund and was only given a $4 gift card. I basically got a a pink tinted coconut milk.
Took thirty minutes to serve five people in front of me in the drive through. The person in front of me waited ten minutes alone. They never gave a reason or an apology. Still forgot part of the order. They always had good service before. A mystery.
Coffee and staff are great, but the drive thru is always very slow. If you’re in a hurry, just park and order inside.
My skinny vanilla latte just kind of tasted like a normal, burnt pike place. The ones in TN are always amazing, this was such a let down.
