Great atmosphere and customer service but you all really need to work on making better drinks, none of mine i got this week since I was in town visiting family were good.

This SB is hit or miss.. mostly miss. Very few workers are friendly and won't acknowledge you if you order in. My expensive coffees are never made right and often sent back. The only reason I come through is bc its closest and I'm rushing. There is a really sweet guy that works drive thru though but I really wish they'd serve cold foam coffee w actual cold foam and not a thin almost invisible layer.. when they actually put in on there and I don't have to send it back! Go to the old wards road one!

Love the flavor of iced coffee from Starbucks…I took my wife there.
When I asked to adjust the use of oatmilk I was offered a venti size cup 60% full then asked by a employee would that be all. The drink has been nothing but milk the last 5 times I've purchased it, definitely not made correct but to offer me a venti size cup 60% full because I asked for less oatmilk and more expresso is poor customer service. The final insult was when this "person" i guess was the barista stated would you like me to explain how this drink is made instead of trying to correct a situation as good customer dictates, I will not longer be a customer especially at this location.
The drive thru lane is a difficult path for larger vehicles to navigate making it an awkward experience trying to exit and turn left out to Timberlake road. Also there are two directions to try to get into the drive thru often causing long lines on both sides of the building.
