Friendly staff and excellent drinks... what's not to love?
Friendly staff and nice frequent freebies with Starbucks app. We come more often now that they offer vegetarian options. Good wifi and comfortable seating. The drive through line moves quickly!
Terrible service, impolite employees, messed up order and then stated “try it I know it’s right I watched them make it” was not happy with the service what so ever.
Best Starbucks in Lynchburg! It has more parking space outside and plenty of places to sit inside. The employees were all friendly despite being busy. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew, which is a gamble, and they got it spot-on. The atmosphere was cozy and clean. A great place to work and study!
DO NOT go here during lunchtime....the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. how are you faster in the morning but slower in the afternoon?
I usually go to Starbucks for excellent coffee ☕ There are other snacks there too. Also, bought the cup...well made!

I used to love going to this Starbucks because it was close to my school but now I would rather drive an extra couple minutes out of the way to a different Starbucks. The new employees are incredibly rude and I understand how hard it is to work in fast food cause I used to work at Chick-fil-A and would have customers cuss me out and treat me horribly but I never treated a customer bad. When I would order at this Starbucks if I was not loud enough the guy would say “what” very loud and rudely to me and it was just shocking. My friends have told me about their bad experiences here but I didn’t believe it till now. There is one employee who wears a beret and I can’t remember his name but he would be very rude and just sit with his phone.
Food an coffee was good but there was only 2 of us waiting 15 minutes for the order slow people
