Great smoothies, service is hit or miss.

This hands down is the worst smoothie king i have ever been to. I have been to many from NC up to MI. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Twice this week they screwed up my order, both times they tried saying i was to blame. First they made my choc peanut butter into a choc blueberry and said that was the way i ordered it, i went back threw and the girl said "that's the way i ordered it". Eventually she said "fine, I'll make you another one." With total attitude, then when it was finished she couldn't even give it to me she had another coworker. The second time i ordered a strawberry pineapple, they come to the window, never told me my total scanned my phone when the girl brought me my smoothie she said i have both your smoothies i said i only ordered one, she said you paid for two, i reiterated i only wanted one, she told me she was new amd had to get the manager. At least the new girl was pleasant, the manager (supposed manager) came to the window very rudely said "we confirmed with you that you wanted two." I tried explaining i couldn't hear very well with their speaker system and she gave more attitude and said "well i can't give you a refund the best i can do is give you a gift card.". I was on my way to work amd didn't have time to talk to argue, so i took the gift card. First off if you can issue a charge you can issue a refund, second off I know it's hard to get good help but come on basic customer service 101. Maybe covid has gotten the best of you and you no longer care about your customers. What i can tell you is i told at least a half dozen coworkers, and they all agreed tropical smoothie is much more customer friendly. After I use my gift card and the money I have on my rewards account i will not be back. And seeing how i spend at least $100 week i can screen shot my account if you want me to prove this claim. Signed 1 of many lost customers. Way to ruin Smoothie King for people

Made me feel stupid for ordering a new smoothie because I didn't know exactly what was in it. I hate bad costumer service ill never spend my money here again!

I don't want anyone to loose there Job . But you all just lost 6 customer the customer service trying to get the smootie made the way I like was very in professional so refuse the smoothie an I will tell people about the bad service I would like to buy from there again buy not because of bad service

First time inside, I simply asked Mary to tell me what I want and that I wanted it to be filling. She inquired about favorite flavors and then recommended the Daily Warrior with cocoa added. PERFECT!Now I know what I will get next time and appreciate the friendly and quick service.

I ordered two smoothies online for pickup, and after waiting in the drive thru line for close to a half hour, an older woman told me at the window they didn’t have my order. When I tried to show my confirmation number, she took my phone without asking to check the number, and did not give it back until she’d confirmed that she couldn’t find my order. When I started to ask clarifying questions to understand what happened, I was abruptly told, “Don’t take an attitude with me”. Rather than refunding my order or making the order again, I was told I’d have to pay for a new order again. After paying for another order to get my dinner, I had to wait in the parking lot for 15 more minutes. A different woman came out, apologized, and gave me a coupon, but still could not refund my original order.While I can understand the challenges being short staffed poses, and I appreciate the coupon, the way I was treated as a customer was inappropriate, rude, and aggressive. I do not plan to return.

Great atmosphere. Glad that there are vegan/lactose free options. However, the smoothie itself, was too sweet to be considered healthy. I did enjoy the Friday $5 special at least.

So I’ve been sitting here for a while I get A smoothie here every week I love it it’s awesome but these last two times have been very iffy I get pushed to a parking spot I wait 15 minutes for a smoothie that has never taken that long to make and when it comes out it’s just call liquid it’s not even a smoothie
