So I am a woman with a disability and I have a dog that is completely registered to provide me a service. I am new to the Lynchburg area and I went to the sams Club yesterday in Lynchburg for the first time since moving here 2 weeks ago. I’m from Richmond va and I have never had an issue with my dog coming with me to my usual sams. As I walked in the door yesterday I was stopped by the lady at the door checking membership cards. She said my dog was not allowed and I told her

Went to the first 2 hours for the first responders this morning still didn’t get what I went for they were still letting people in who where not responders it’s not fair to us ... never again

Great store with an abundance of items for sale! Especially love the Shop and Go app! Use your mobile device to scan barcodes of items as you put them in your basket and when you’re done, it gives you a total that you pay with your phone and walk to the front door where they scan your code and you’re gone. Wish more stores did it this way. Way to go Sam’s Club!!!
