Very CLEAN which is super impressive, food was what you expect from Popeyes, one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever been in
Ordered later than typical dinner. Did family meal. It was after 10:00 PM, they were out of mac n cheese which is one of my fave mac n cheese from restaurants period. So we did fries and dirty rice. Everything was fresh and tasty. It fed 5 of us with leftovers. We did 10 piece family meal that was on special for $23.99.
this place is nasty they are the nastinesss popeyes and their employees look like they are selling crack out the back door & some may be selling ?. i wouldn’t eat here or go inside. it’s like they picked the building up out of a 3rd world country & left it there.

The 1 in lynchburg can't tell the difference between dark meat and white meat and spicy or mild. They staff needs to be trained better. I know they rushed the opening of this place and it really showsTook my kids there to eat today 4/8/22 and they gave him an old piece of chicken. Called and told the about it and they said "are you sure it was us" I'm done with Popeyes
I came and order two chicken sandwiches combos. I put the bag in the back, I used to check it but I knew my stuff was right. Got home and my I had two spicy chickens out of eating spicy at all. I called the store 11 times yesterday and I called the store today still no answer at all. I send my nephew by the store and they told him he need a receipt but he had the food.

This place is awful. Placed an online order only to find out they were closed when I got there. Multiple times I have gone there and they are not open or the dining room is closed. COVID is over. Can always count on KFC across the street to be open and ready to serve though.
The food is not good enough to have to wait 45 minutes for it. Over 30 minutes in line at the drive thru, then they said we had to wait 7 more minutes for our chicken tenders after we paid. The girl asked if I wanted a medium or large drink, so I said medium since she was indicating that was the smallest option. BUT wait a minute, I was charged an extra 50¢ per meal for those drinks! I went inside because she gave me the wrong drink and I saw the chicken overflowing in the kitchen so much chicken, but yet no chicken for me. I finally asked for my money back because they still didn't have my food ready 38 minutes after I paid for it. So much for 7 minutes wait. Never again. That was literally over an hour of my life I'll never get back.
