Had pizza delivered... was luke warm at best, super supreme was not fully cooked, and hawaiian pizza was missing HAM.... very sad day for pizza hut
Pizza was luke warm, which made it then almost like cardboard to eat. Wings were fine.
Pizza Hut has become very expensive. 2 Medium 1 topping pizzas and a double order of cheese bread was nearly $50.. We noticed that the store charged us an automatic tip with us telling them to. We picked up pizza so no tip was needed but it was already added to our bill before we got it. When we called the store when noticed the manager told me I was lieing. I told him I would bring the receipt back to show him. He told me no need to waste my time because the store won't and can't fix something that's not true. I did contact corporate over it and was told since they are franchised they can do what they want and corporate can't step in. Just be aware to check your bill. Their food has become less quality and we hadn't been there in a long time. So this was a big disappointment.
First I called Memorial Ave store for delivery. Memorial Ave location informed me that I was out of their delivery range and checked with a manager to see what store I should call for delivery and they told me to call the Waterlick store. When I call the Waterlick store the employee on the phone told me I needed to call the Memorial Ave store for delivery. When I tried explaining the encounter I just had with the Memorial Ave store, the employee at the Waterlick store got an attitude after I explained the situation. I proceeded to hang up and call the Memorial Ave store back. The employee at the Memorial Ave store was very respectful and accommodating to the situation and placed my order for delivery. Waterlick location was very unprofessional. Thank you Employee Tony at Memorial Ave location!
My food was on time and hot. I appreciate all the workers at our local hut. They work hard to get the food out efficiently.
Pizza should be hot, or at least warm, on arrival. Follow instructions regarding toppings, i.e. no green peppers. Oh, and don't attempt delivery to my next door neighbor who, thankfully, is honest and directed the driver to my house. (Usually happy with this Pizza Hut but not today.)
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Both of my pizzas were over cooked. Could not order any wings which were not the family size, I only wanted a small.
Very good food!! It was well prepared as well. Excellent customer service and delivery time as well!!!
First of all, I asked that my pizza be cut thoroughly and when I opened the box, it was not cut into regular slices. Secondly, the box was so greasy it left stains on the notebook in my car. Other than that, the food was pretty good.
