Ordered food for delivery and it took an hour to come. Called to ask about my order and the young man that answered the phone didn't even let me finish asking my question before he rudely interrupted. When I finally got my food it was on the verge of being cold and there was way too much sauce on my pizza.
When I received my order, my pizza was not hot, the sauce tasted different and I only received 1 icing for my cinnamon sticks althought I paid for 2. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. Based on this order, I will not order from Pizza Hut anymore.
This pizza was made great and it was absolutely delicious! I wish they were all made this way and not just thrown together sloppily.
The staff is crazy and friendly. The exploit your order professionally and in a proficient manner. The pie was excellently prepared hot and ready to eat amazing!!
This was the first in a long time that my family & myself was satisfied with our order. I always ask for extra sauce & actually got it this time. The ingredients tasted fresh & were not skimpy & cheese was plentiful. Praying all my pizzas from here on out are to these standards.
My food was overcooked... Did not feel like going through the motions of driving back up to the store to get the situation rectified as they were busy when I picked up my food but have vowed not to return no matter how badly I want/wanted stuffed crust... Smh. Burnt stuffed crust is nasty. Spent 35$ for food that tasted burnt.
The pizza was fine but the deliver driver brought the pizza sat outside my house and was ready to pull off without delivering my pizza until my neighbor asked who it was for and brought it to my house himself. The driver was just going to leave and not deliver my food. The was no reason for him not to deliver the food. Highly disappointed
Always the friendliest, most helpful staff, no matter how slammed they might be. I’ve witnessed their kindnesses to older folks on numerous occasions. They actually offer to carry their pizza to their vehicles! That’s compassion!
My order arrived burnt and completely flat. I ordered regular crust. Once I called the store to complain they put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back to the phone. I will no longer use Pizza Hut or recommend them for our events or office parties anymore!!
My order was 15 minutes late. And the boneless wings barely had any sauce on them its ridiculous to think that a restaurant can mess up boneless wings but this pizza hut did.
