Ordered at 5:56pm online. 6:39 received the wrong order. Was told by delivery driver after a long talk with someone that the correct order will be coming soon. An hour later I called to check in status. After being on hold for atleast 10 min. Was told didn't know what happened but they will send order out in 30 min. 8:20 PM I finally get my dinner. No compensation. No I am sorry. No nothing! Oh and the order was still wrong! Maybe I should delete the app!
Good pizza tonight. Still think $65 for 2 large and breadsticks is extreme but it was good tonight
Let's see where to begin paid extra for 5 extra sauces didn't get any of them. Paid for extra cheese seemed like it barley had enough for just a regular order. They can't seem to cut a pizza at this location. And having to put a just delivered pizza in the oven to get any kind of warmth on it is seriously sad
Have tried giving the benefit of the doubt more than a couple times. Last two times I have ordered from this location I have had multiple issues. The dough is undercooked and almost raw. I get the completely wrong pizza to begin with and have to wait for my right order to come. Wait time is said 30-40 min and its over an hour. So I waited almost 3 hours from my original order time.
Worst pizza on Timberlake Rd! Past few orders have been incorrect and half cooked and the store manager refused to correct their problem. This restaurant is struggling. Save yourself some time and buy your pizza from anyone but this Papa Johns location!
The 5 topping pizza was decent but it didn't really have much flavor. It was just a basic crust because of the size so I had to rub garlic butter on it. My bf did also get an XL pepperoni and that one was really good. The papadilla tasted like nothing so I was very disappointed. All in all, they have pretty good pizza and fast, friendly service so we'll go back.
Price for what I got was pretty sad. I could have fared better at subway...3 ingredient pizza for $25...don't waste your time!
Ordered 4 pizzas and garlic knots. Sent my son to pick it up and we received three pizzas and no garlic knots. Called the store and there is no way to credit the items we did not receive. Absolutely absurd!
Got my order completly wrong and tried to charge me double for my order. I will never order from them again.
My first time experience at this location was fantastic! The young lady Amber greeted me immediately when I walked in she was very welcoming and pleasant. Took my order right away I ordered 2 Shaqaroni pizzas. They were cooked to perfection! I was very impressed and pleased with my experience there and will definitely be a return customer to this location. The other location is seriously lacking and slacking in every area imaginable will never get my business again! This is my NEW spot for terrific pizza and great customer service!
