I would give 0 but it’s not an option. The manager with blue hair and a huge nose ring was rude, unpleasant, and very unprofessional. She said smart comments to me and the other person waiting and allowed and verbally condoned her employee to also be rude and unprofessional. She made my visit awful and the worst part is I was picking up for someone else. She canceled their order and made me call them and then asked me to leave. She should be fired!
While we like the pizza very much. They have a huge sign that says when va. tech wins get 40% off the next day. All season long they have shown expired coupons the day after. Today I check and Tech won last night but the code says it expired last night. I called the local store and they say they do nothing with online promos even though the sign is in their own window. I call the customer service number and they say take a picture and we will get back to you in 48 hours. What good does that do me? I call back to talk to the local manager and he says he can't even remove the sign that advertises wrong information because the regional manager is above him. He also apparently doesn't have a phone number to ask if he can honor the deal. And the 800 number is offshore and they don't understand anything.

Ordered the Garden Fresh pizza. Took an hour - was very bland and toppings were sparse. Basically tastes like a frozen pizza. Will try somewhere else next time.

The Papa Johns on Old Forest is horrible in every way. Especially their customer service. It’s sad... real sad.
this place is literally the worst. call them if you want to be placed on hold for nearly 30 minutes and receive pizza as thin as paper oh and cut into 4 huge slices rather than 6. blows my mind. never again from this location.
Waited 2 hours for our food and which it never came! The manager didn’t want to talk to us only wanted to yell in the background saying to hang up the phone. Couldn’t get a refund and they said it was delivered. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would NOT be ordering from this location again! I would give 0 stars if I could.
Waited over 2 hours and still never received my pizza. Manager refused to take my call and was yelling in the background to the new guy who answered the phone to basically hang up on me and all I wanted was my pizza and a refund.
