First time at this location and it is pretty much the same as the other locations: the rice is bland. The orange chicken had a nice flavor to it. Beautifully and nicely done streamed broccoli! Good atmosphere to eat inside with the big wide windows. Important thing is that the food was cooked and the rest was nicely seasoned. Customer service was kind and efficient.
Came in and everything was great, even past the small food mix up, but the girl at the register had such a terrible attitude, acts like she doesnt even like customers, won’t be coming back to this location unfortunately, after issues with my vegetables, they had the nerve to have a bad attitude,
I came in the other night for the first time and i got the chow main which was dry. My 2 sides were orange chicken and beef and broccoli and i got 2 little pieces of meat and mainly broccoli. I was not happy with my experience
I've been waiting over an hour for my simple order after I was communicated that it would arrive in 20 minutes. Such a horrible experience.
Had a quick lunch; staff was very friendly and patient. I ordered the walnut shrimp and orange chicken. The rice was ok not my favorite item on the plate it was a little bland. The orange chicken had a nice sauce with light breading. The restaurant was very clean which was awesome.
Consistent with all the other Panda Express franchise except I always have to ask for a fork and a napkin. The teriyaki chicken has bones be careful.
Waited through a long line to watch the server barely giving half servings and as i order she tells me “sorry, all out of low mein”. From a weekly customer to not planning to return. The plates are $13, put some food in them.
Ana is amazing! I come here regularly and Ana has always been the first to greet me. She is sweet, patient, and great at her job! My order is always correct. She’s the reason I keep coming back. Keep up the great work!

Lynchburg Panda, tried the almond chicken. The outside was hard won’t order that again. Teriyaki Chicken was good. Their teriyaki sauce is tasty. They were out of sweet & sour sauce they offered it in little squeeze pack, wasn’t the same. The Beijing Beef was tasty but chewy and tough. Most there selections are very sweet like candy coated. Fried rice was just bland.Saw the cook pouring frozen food from a plastic bag into a frier.
