Sub bread was hard and cold and mozzarella sticks were dropped as soon as order was placed and was told to pick up in 15 mins and they were hard and cold also. Won’t get my money nomore.
I ordered a turkey salad, those Idiots sent ham and turkey, I DON'T CONSUME HAM. ILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM OAKLEY MARKET AND RESTAURANT
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Called and ordered the mild wings like I always do which was a huge disappointment. They tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil. They were also way spicier than normal. I didn’t think it would be a big deal when I called to see how it can be corrected and they made it seem as if I wasn’t being truthful or was just trying to get the food for free then hung up in my face. Never again

The food is absolutely fabulous, However, I encountered the same mishaps that occur when I order online, in that the food is prepared with mistakes. The customer service is absolutely great, I just wish I could order online and not have to contend with mistakes every time I order.

I ordered a burger and it was the worst burger I ever sunk my teeth into. It was dry tasteless and most of all raw. Zoo animals can put forth a better effort

I absolutely love this place. The customer service and food is amazing. The employees are all super nice and respectful. I really enjoy the philly cheese steak sub with fries. The prices are very reasonable. The quality of the food is great. Overall great environment!!
