This was my first time visiting the restaurant. I was very pleased at the customer service. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our waiter was very kind and informed us that he was training another waiter as well. They both helped us throughout our stay. The gentleman in training went out of his way to accommodate us with extraordinary service. That was my first time there but it will not be my last. I will recommended this restaurant to my friends. Great atmosphere as well. The food was excellent.
My sister,niece and her little ones went here on Saturday night. I had never been and the service was wonderful. There was a wait but,we didn't mind that at all. It was the weekend and everywhere was so busy at the time. The food was delicious. Our waiter Sam had such a welcoming and friendly personality. He was such a nice young man. If you visit this location and have the pleasure of dealing with him it made a good experience even better. I would definitely revisit this location. A job well done to the staff!!!
The waitress was very good. However, the cook totally blew the meal. Items were left off the order and the meal was below grade. Manager tried her best to make it right but by then the meal was a bust. Ordered a drink from the bar before the appetizer which finally arrived during the meal and wasn't what was ordered. Again the manager tried to get the problem solved however she had to refocus on the meal issue and at that point she was visually upset. I don't blame management or the waitress but they need to get their act together.Better luck next time? I hope so.
Our server was Will. He was very pleasant, personable, and had great customer service. Our beverages and food came quickly and everything was delicious.
I ate here with my mom today. I got the chicken tender dinner with french fries and coleslaw it was amazing! She got the steak and tenders dinner with a loaded baked potato and broccoli also amazing! To drink she had sweet tea and I have the strawberry lemonade which is to die for! Our waiter was very attentive in Friendly. And our food arrived quickly! Oh and let's not forget the rolls the fresh rolls were on point! I highly recommend this place and there are so many food options on the menu! Not to mention they have a happy hour everyday!
We had a really great experience here. Even though it was busy we got seated very quickly, and the food and bread was very good! It was the best service I’ve ever received in my life (our waiter’s name was John). The manager was also very kind and stopped by to make sure we were enjoying everything. We will definitely be going again!
Went in for lunch and sat at the bar and had a great experience. Me and my husband have never come to ocharleys in lynchburg but we decided to try it out. Place was clean, food was hot and fast and the service was amazing. The bartender CC made sure we had everything we needed. She was such a friendly face. We will definitely be back!
Stopped by for dinner a few days ago. Nice menu, restaurant was clean, and was greeted at the door and seated with only a few minutes of wait time. Food was good and served hot. The server, Dillon, was attentive, and patiently answered my questions. He did a great job and is part of the reason that I'll be returning! Well done Dillon and O'Charleys! Thanks.
Don't visit with a group. I entered @11:30 am. On entry only 3 other tables were seated. Waited over an hour to place order. Tried to order endless soup & salad. An hour and 45 min. later, soup orders were brought out, mine wasn't included! Other menu items began to be served. All I got was glass of water, and a very small roll
Awful, they sold us a menu item that requires an item they have been out of stock of for months. The bun was soggy and not enjoyable. The burgers were overcooked and dry. The server was respectful however had an obvious lack of understanding. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy their dining experience.
