This was our first time eating at Duke's Diner and it definitely did not disappoint! Several people suggested it to us as we are visiting so we had to give it a try! Wonderful atmosphere, kind and attentive staff as well! (Even the servers working other tables were talktative and sweet!) The poutine was so delicious we barely left room for our actual meals! My partner and I felt very comfortable here and even left with a baseball cap! We will definitely be visiting again when we come back into town!

Nice to be able to order breakfast or lunch. Service was good. Coffee was good. Indoor and outdoor seating. Prices were reasonable.

The food was so so the service was so so. Not worth the wait or the cost. Omelets are supposed to be soft fluffy not burnt then turned in so the customer cannot see the burnt area. Maybe they thought the burnt would not be able to be tasted. One coffee refill them the check on the table.

Haven't ate here in a while, still delicious. It was packed at lunch but we got a table for the 4 of us so it took about 30ish minutes to get our food. Also was a bit loud with music and people but what can you expect in a small packed area. Food was hot and yummy, me and another coworker had the breakfast club. Another had the omlette her way and the other had the chicken salad sandwich.

Excellent food and service! We arrived on a Saturday morning around 10:09am to find a wait of about 30 minutes. They have a great system that sends you a text when your table is ready which allowed us to walk around the town. Upon being seated, we were immediately greeted by our waiter Ansel. He was polite, quick, and knowledgeable. We ordered coffee, which was delicious, French toast, and an omelette. The food was tasty and hot. We really enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone who is in town.

Wow! What a great little place to get breakfast! Great service and fresh, tasty choices on the menu. I had the Strawberry French Toast and it came with a side of Sweet Cream Cheese. So delicious! I also tried the home fries which were some of the best I've ever had!

Great atmosphere, clean tables, friendly staff, but the food was mediocre. The brioche bun of the breakfast sandwich was dry, the potatoes were overcooked and dry, and the waffle was served without butter and dry strawberries (I was happy the strawberries weren't buried in a thick, goopy glaze, but they weren't macerated or anything either). The waffle itself was good, the housemade whipped cream was delicious, and the scrambled eggs were good (although they aren't listed on the menu as an optional side order, it is possible... for $3).

Stopped in on my to Bristol TN and this place is so cute. As an avid animal lover the name alone is a win. But then the decor is so sweet with the dogs. It’s clean and the staff was all sooooooo nice. Reminded me of the southern hospitality we are missing in Richmond. Definitely stop in and grab a bite. Support and buy a cute shirt, eat, drink some coffee or a glass of wine and relax. Love it and will definitely be back.

We heard great things about this place. We were in town for Liberty event. Got here early, before the rush of people, so we figured it wouldn’t be packed. Came in between breakfast and lunch as well, so we didn’t even have to wait to be seated. Breakfast tacos were great. The raspberry chocolate mocha was amazing. Staff was delightful. Will definitely be back. Parking garage next to restaurant wasn’t full so we parked there but if you come when it’s full of people, I would imagine you would have to park along street or park down the road and walk a little ways.
