Delicious food. Very helpful in making this, Gluten-free. Would recommend this restaurant.
I have been coming here for years to get mainly pizza, but just about anything is delicious. Especially their salads! The wait staff are very nice and attentive, they truly make your visit exceptional. I will say, years (3-4) they had employee who REALLY knew how to make a pizza and it was the best I've had, then they fired him and the owner started making and saw a noticeable decline. Why/how? He stopped using as much $ on each pizza. The cheese was almost non-existent even with extra cheese. Those were the dark times and I stopped going there for about a year (why deal with that when little Cesar's is $5 cheaper and essentially was the same thing at that point) but they got their act together and are once again making delicious pizza and overall food (2019-2021)UPDATE 2022: The owner has gone back to using very little cheese, I'm sure in an attempt to keep price the same and maintain profit. But when I pay for extra cheese, I expect my pizza to ATLEAST be covered. Photo is what extra cheese looks like. I will concede that yes, if it wasn't bunched up it MAY atlwast cover the pizza... But come on.

Best pizza when the owner makes it. Lots of toppings and cooked to perfection. Their chicken parmigiana is excellent. The portion size is enough for 2 people. Some of the best pasta we’ve had.
Our server was the best ever. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was great and inexpensive. This proves you can provide great food and service at a reasonable price.Job well done!

I ordered food here reading the reviews expecting a delicious chicken Parmigiano instead I get a flavorless puddle of red water and a sad excuse for chicken. Tried talking to the staff who directed me to the chef and all he did was argue and accuse me of calling the wrong restaurant and telling me to practically go away. The army gave me better food than this and that's saying alot. Sad excuse for a "chef".waste of money and time. I'd avoid at all costs
I have been eating pizza from Monte Carlo since I was 8 years old. It has a good and tasty crust, and the cheese or pepperoni pizza is very good...That being said, now, as an adult, I went by and ordered a Margherita Pizza, and was very disappointed. The crust was still the tasty crust I remembered, but that is where the Italian authenticity ended.1. The Basil is shredded and cooked with the pizza instead of added in whole leaves after the pizza comes out of the oven.2. The tomatoes where cut in large quartered chunks rendering a huge liquid mess that slid completely off the pie instead of in slices; thinly cut3. The mozzarella is to be sliced in thick slices and placed on the pizza. Shredded mozzarella spread everywhere does not cut it.I will give it 3 stars as it is a good pizza crust, and the basic cheese pizza or pepperoni pizza is fine. Great for a pizza party for the kids perhaps. However, if you are looking for a more... refined dining experience I think there are better choices.
