Thai pizza was amazing!
I had the most amazing fish and chips, the special for the night! We also had the fried oysters…such a delicious appetizer. The menu here is wonderful. Nelly at the bar is awesome, with great recommendations for cocktails and wine. And the dessert!!!!! Highly recommend!
We had an amazing dinner here. This place has been recently renovated and it looks great. The atmosphere was so comfortable & cozy. The food was delicious and portions were more than enough. The service upon entering was super friendly. Our waitress had an awesome personality & checked on us frequently. We would definitely recommend Milano's and will absolutely be returning.
I chose to come here for graduation with my family because it was near the place we were staying and it recently had been renovated, with reasonable prices for the output! I've been reading some of the other reviews...just remember you have to consider carefully what is being said, with a perspective that is open because everyone's is different.I don't know who Wendy is, but I may have ran across her. And I'd like to redeem her from some of the other reviews that had spoken terribly of her.The restaurant industry is brutal. Yes you have to have incredible patience, exceptional customer service and a poker face. But it is a very high pace and stressful position to have!Bottom line, have Grace for Wendy. No one is better than any other. You don't know what shoes she is wearing or what her life is like.This restaurant is incredible and I highly recommend! Great wine selections and plates that are high quality yet affordable.Be kind to others, especially when they may not be as kind in return.
We had a wonderful evening at the Chef’s Dinner on April 7. The food and wine were amazing! We made new friends and connected with old ones. The servers worked hard with smiles on their faces the entire night. We loved the slide presentation showing Jason’s culinary training and experiences. It was a really special night and we can’t wait for the next one.
WOW!! 5 stars for Milano's! We hadn't eaten here in probably 15 years. We ate there tonight and will going back soon! The restaurant was clean and contemporary, but not stuffy. The food was exceptional - every bite! The pasta is made fresh, so it was delicious! The eggplant parmigiana was fabulous! The portions were generous and the price was right. Don't hesitate to eat here!
Our entire party of 10 loved the meal and server! Great way to continue celebrating Easter!
My wife and I had a delicious meal. From drinks to appetizers to entrees and dessert, everything was excellent! Our server was attentive and delightful. Good atmosphere. We will certainly be back! Thank you
I visited Milano’s this past Saturday with a group of girls to celebrate my friend’s birthday, unfortunately our night was ruined after I received terrible treatment. I ordered a cake that our waitress failed to inform me was a portion for two. After seeing the size of cake I informed the waitress that I no longer wanted it. She informed me she could not take the cake back but that she would remove the charge from my bill. Waitress handed me the check that reflected bill with no cake shortly after that another waitress by the name of Wendy came to me to ask why I didn’t want the cake. She did not once introduce herself just asked questions in a disrespectful tone, she continued to berate me and disrespect me and my friends as we attempted to explain. Wendy then returned the check (not our original waitress) which showed a charge higher than my original bill in which the cake was added. We asked to speak to the manager time and time again and staff would send Wendy to address the matter. We were never informed that the manager was not present at the time and our original waitress never showed her face again to clarify the situation. Instead they sent out Wendy who was completely disrespectful and never once apologized. I was extremely disappointed in how the staff did not take this matter seriously, as my other friends have written complaints and have yet to be contacted which is a total reflection of how they handle issues when it comes to their consumers. I will not be returning and caution others to think twice before doing so.
I frequent this restaurant often, but this last time was just awful! A group of us were enjoying a wonderful evening of celebration until the very end. We ordered dessert, and one of the desserts was not properly described to us. When brought to the attention of our server, we were asked to keep the cake because she could not take it back (understandable), but it would be taken off of the bill. Hearing this, the table split up the cake amongst ourselves to not waste it; only to be followed by accusations of trying to get a free piece of chocolate cake. It was done extremely loudly, in an embarrassing manner (which seemed to be the goal). After the accusations, my friend's card was run for her an amount different than her receipt. When asked to explain, we were told it was an accidental run. Then it took almost 20 minutes to receive a new receipt with the proper total.Ultimately, we began with celebration only to leave feeling accused and shamed with no sense of apology or anything from the establishment. My friend was so embarrassed, she left in tears.Absolutely unacceptable! I understand mistakes happen, but bullying is not an appropriate way to treat customers.
