The french fries and unsweetened tea are always the best. It's quick and easy to run in and out of the drive-thru. Most of McDonald's when they are busy inside require you to use their kiosk so we'll try not to get frustrated. I see more and more they are trying to get you to do your order online in the app before entering the drive-thru but thank God for as old people that they still allow us to just tell them to order.
Unfortunately, when you order McDonalds and it takes 20+ minutes for, what should be, a simple order, you should probably STOP taking orders and catch up. Just a thought vs making a LOT of people mad.
There is a kiosk in the lobby and the register has a closed sign which is fine, but the staff won't respond if you need to talk to someone. My food was put on the counter, but no ketchup was provided (I did request it in the kiosk). I really can't eat fries without ketchup. I stood at the counter and tried to get the attention of someone working. There were a lot of employees and they looked at me quite often and could hear me, but refused to respond. Then they did the same thing to an elderly man after me. I was surprised at the rudeness.
Everytime I go to ANY McDonald's location. I ask for a double cheeseburger with no pickles. I do this because, in my brain, if I ask for no pickles then the burger has to be made fresh, right? I mean, the can't just take the pickles off an already made burger,can they? So the question is, why are they NEVER hot? Every burger I've ordered in the past few weeks are BARELY lukewarm. What do I need to do to get a fresh hot bburger??? Apparently I need to just go somewhere else..
First time at this one. First time using the kiosk, did pretty good. Hot food fast service, friendly staff. Will go again.
I just got an Oreo Mc flurry… With no Oreos in it. Disappointed will not be coming back.
Nothing like looking forward to breakfast and get a burnt hockey puck that you can't even eat and have to throw away. The people were nice but this is the second time in a row. I Won't Be Back!!! I usually will give businesses a chance but this is Ridiculous and not how I wanted to start my day.
I haven’t been in a couple months because they served me undercooked burger. I gave them another chance today, and I requested no pickle, they did no onion instead even after repeating the order back multiple times. I will never be back to this garbage place again
I come in every day for my lunch,in the past week i give a one star for over 4 days.My food has been cold .French fries cold sandwich cold. I dont use drive through i walk in for service to now be forced to use a computer system and ring myself up. I ring up people all day long I come in for someone to ring me up which is now non existent. Your drive through is INSANE if I use it and get cold food my lunch is over before I can get back through and I'm late for work. Your drive through set up also blocks others from getting out if they lunch in at times I am done wasting my time coming to this location
This one is not so great but better then a few others. Burger was cold and half put together. You still can not beat a frappe!
