This place has a sign that says 24/7 but there never open 24/7. And if you are lucky and get them when there open at 3a they say “I’m sorry our systems are down. 2a no one answers the drive-through. Like something needs to be done rake sign down and have something that's says open. Today 5-15-2022 4a lights on workers there they have the drive through blocked of with cones.
Everytime I go to ANY McDonald's location. I ask for a double cheeseburger with no pickles. I do this because, in my brain, if I ask for no pickles then the burger has to be made fresh, right? I mean, the can't just take the pickles off an already made burger,can they? So the question is, why are they NEVER hot? Every burger I've ordered in the past few weeks are BARELY lukewarm. What do I need to do to get a fresh hot bburger??? Apparently I need to just go somewhere else..
This McDonald’s never gets my order right. EVER. No matter how busy or slow they are. And gosh forbid you give them a complicated order like “no mustard” on your burger. They CANNOT handle it. Ordered breakfast this morning and they didn’t put the 3 has browns in my bag that I ordered. The last time I was there the cashier was also blasting music from his phone. Super unprofessional establishment

It was perfect temperature nicely done, it has been months since I got breakfast at McDonald's and it was everything I needed today.
It's McDonald's, but they give me a military discount and accommodate me if they don't have what I ordered. They almost never get my order wrong either.
I ordered coffee. When I got to the window, they tried to give me someone else's order. Girls said, with two cups of coffee in her hand, "oh this must be yours you can smell the caramel." I asked was she sure it was right? It wasn't. It was a regular coffee with cream. No sugar. Its nice to see that McDonald's messes up orders here in Lynchburg as well. Not a fan.
For frappes for the family. We ordered the wrong thing and the great guy that brought them out in the freezing cold with a huge smile on his face. Love that guy! Had on a Christmas sweater to top it off!! Had dinner from here we picked up. Doordash, Grubhub and ubereats at a waste of money!!
The store was not busy at all. However; my food was throw together and the cashier kept saying, "just give me your card". Which clearly made me uneasy. I open the deluxe chicken sandwich, three tomatoes and only one on the sandwich. On top of it all, a hand full of lettuce; all over the sandwich and container. Then look at how one hamburger is FLAT like its been stepped on... Two thumbs down, and i wont be returning.
This restaurant was busy! Service was fast! The hot foods were hot and the cold drinks were refreshing. The chocolate shake was just right !
