The kiddos wanted nugget happy meals! Food was fresh, we went thru the drive thru pretty quickly. We also got 10 chocolate chip cookies that were fresh out the oven and were simply amazing!

The food is good and the service is great
Use app to get a reward code including a deal for free large fries. Go to drive thru, give the code, employee doesn't know what to do with it. He says give me order anyway, so I order including the large fries. The total included a charge for the fries. I told the order taker again the reward code and they then verbally gave me the correct total, so I assumed all was OK - foolish me. Nothing is ever right at this horrific location.I am then handed a receipt since the charge was automatically paid through the app. This tells me with 100 percent certainty that the reward code was recognized, but I was still charged for the fries. I asked why I was charged for the fries, and even showed them my phone displaying the deal, and I was told "nothing we can do, at least you got the fries". No... what you did was steal a few dollars from me. They then tried blaming the app, and I informed them it works at every other franchise location, and that I have had repeated problems over and over and over only at this location. The McDonald's corporation need to strip ownership from whomever owns this location as it is clear that they are completely incompetent.
The McFlurry……..I never complain about food joints because I know how hard they work (most employees) and have been a manager for everything from fast food to fine dining. Quite frankly I’m sick of this McDonald’s. The number of times I’ve had food missing, incorrect items, sloppy food, and rude staff. Tonight was no exception. I pull up to the window and was immediately told it was cash only. So I run to an ATM and come back. As I’m sitting in line I thought I overheard the lady tell the car in front of me that she just cleaned the machine and it was down for the night. I thought to myself, “I have to be hearing things.” So it’s my turn to order and sure enough, she tells me the exact same thing. It’s 9:45pm……and you’re denying customers a service because you thought you would clean the machine early and just tell people it was “down”? I’m not here to put anyone in particular in blast nor call anyone out by name. What I am here to say is that this McDonald’s has had issues since I moved to Lynchburg 7 years ago and quite frankly needs an entire staff revamp and Managers that will not allow this to happen.
If you love eggshells with a side of sandwich than this is the place for you. Guess that's why the prices went up. In all seriousness, I get that it happens but WHY does it happen EVERY time I get breakfast there. I know you seen that whole egg shell man. I know you did.
We dont get to eat out often. We went to this McDonalds at 1 pm. Got 2 fish sandwiches for me and my husband. They were so cold. The bun was nasty and the cheese wadnt even melted. Will never go back to this one. They dont even thank you for coming there. I dont even give this place a 1.
We were ordering food and the woman drive thru taking the orders was rude, trying to rush us through our order, and not polite at all, they need better customer service skills. When we went to the 2nd window to get our food the woman was on a facetime call and didn't even acknowledge us being there. I definitely do not recommend eating here.?
Obviously they don't check what's in the bag in the drive thru before giving it to you. I has someone else's entire order instead of my own! Ugh ?
It was messy inside loby , soda machines only filled cup with foam . one employee at register was very nice But the Manager was one of the most disrespectful people I have ever dealt With . For some Reason she refused to acknowledge my granddaughter in it
