All the bums that work here that can’t manage to prepare frozen McDonald’s burgers just stare at you with the “I’m poor and miserable” stare. Then serve you the worst slop they can manage to put into a bag and hand to people. I’d go and get all the homeless under kemper bridge and get them running this McDonald’s like pros compared to these unhirable disappointments to their families. Place should be shut down and the staff should be sent back to kindergarten to learn how to not only count to ten but to become functioning members of society. Deplorable degenerates
The people were rude, and acted like we were an inconvenience or disruption to their day. No registers open, did not want to accept cash for payment. Thankfully we were only passing thru.
Old Forest Rd Location is great on everything. I love their curbside and drive thru service. Like a lot of fast food chains Post Pandemic the lobby is open on reduced hours and based on staffing.
This is the McDonalds closest to us so I go here the most often. It's hit and miss, nothing too bad for me not to return. Sometimes you will get helpful and friendly staff, other times they don't acknowledge you and have given the wrong order.It is usually pretty quick and I've never gotten fries that weren't hot.
Love the service always helpful busy during lunch but got me through the drive throu line in about 5 minutes
McDonald's on Old Forest Rd. always has the best service at breakfast. Fast, efficient, and friendly employees. Good hot food and coffee.
I ordered 4 apple pies. They only gave me 2. That's okay, I was extremely nice about it. From across the restaurant two men yelled at me that they had no more apple pie. I said okay, could you please come closer so I can hear you? They got mad and one of them said "what do you want, your money back?" It was extremely rude. I was really nice and patient. The fries were cold and mushy. You can not speak to customers like that. It was awful and ruined my night.
I went thru the drive thru and my french fries was half cooked and cold need to improve on quality of food.The drinks was very nasty the sweet tea was barely sweet and the dr pepper was nasty dod not taste good. The employees at drive thru was nice the cashier and the young man that handed me my order was very kind. Please improve on the way food is cooked the French fries and definitely the drinks.
Great staff and courteous manager as well. Always pleasant and a great location. highly recommend the staff and McDonalds at this location.
