the food was fine. but they confirmed my order verbally, “mcchicken and a medium fry?” i say yes and they continue to hand me a bag with mcnuggets and hot mustard in it? at least try and make an effort, if you’re going to confirm my order at least look in the bag.? not the end of the world obviously but like it’s just such a easy thing to not mess up. had to park and walk back to the window

At 10:50I went to McDonalds for a big mac with extra sauce. I was unaware that u had to let them know that u also wanted meat. There was no meat on the burger at all. I called and let the phone ring.I finally hung up and decided to call again and the phone had been taken of the hook so yes they were aware of what was done. Memorial Ave Mcdonalds check your food carefully better yet bypass that McDonalds altogether
Great McDonald's overall. They're pretty quick and so far they've never gotten my order wrong. There's lots of parking around the store as well.
The morning crew has always been really nice every time I’ve been here. Management could make it a better experience by having separate people man the headset and drive through windows. Having the same person do both really slows it down.
Always quick, always on time, and the order is always correct. The staff are efficient and well spoken and always courteous and kind.
I do not recommend this place. The women are very rude. No good morning, always unpleasant. I went in this morning due to no time in the drive thru. I said good morning and I believe she was a manager and asked me how did I get in? No good morning. There is a sign on the door to order from kiosk & to apply for a job but apparently not.
charged me for a water as a small sweet tea, $1.12 isn’t much but it’s still weird to be charged for a water under a different order. very sketchy.
Absolutely IGNORANT service! You choose to work in customer service then show it!!!!! We all have lives that are frustrating, I waitress I know how people can be but be bigger! and lead with respect. Such TERRIBLE SERVICE AS HORRIBLY IGNORANT STAFF.
Shout out to the morning staff...the teacher appreciation breakfasts have really put more stress on an already short staffed crew! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!! Breakfast was wonderful!!
