My husband and I come here quite often and over the last couple of months the customer service has really gone down hill. Don’t get me wrong the food is great but the ladies working the front act like they hate their jobs and make everyone that comes in feel like they are a bother to them. Some of them are rolling their eyes, saying they don’t care about this or that, and give you the cold shoulder. No matter how good the food is, it just makes it not worth it if you don’t feel welcomed. And this wasn’t just a one time thing… its happened on multiple occasions. Oh forget about asking for an extra ranch or a refill… they make you feel like the biggest inconvenience.
Outstanding sandwiches! Never heard of this place before. But will go again if we have one near our home town. Very inventive and different sandwiches to choose from. All sounded delicious. Fresh bread. Order at a counter. Pick a table and they deliver your food to you. We both had chicken sandwiches. Mine was a spicy southwest chicken sandwich. I think my wife had a sweet Chipotle chicken sandwich. Delicious! Highly recommended sandwich shop!
The food is good, but EVERY TIME we have ordered delivery, there have been items missing from the order. Once or twice I could excuse as one off's but we have placed between 7 to 10 orders over the past 2 years and there have been missing items each time. Most of the time it is the pickle or the side. Just wanted to give management a head's up that your QA folks are not very thorough. In fairness, they did offer a refund this time when I called.
The staff was so helpful & pleasant even when I had a question about our reciept. The associate didn't get defensive she explained things in a way that left you feeling respected. The food was delicious! The place is clean & nice to eat in. We had a very enjoyable experience!
I have been getting food from this establishment and I have always enjoyed my food, but this time Time was all cold that should have been hot, didn't know where the order was and after 10 minutes they found it in the Grub hub area for a while! Very unprofessional and didn't offer to take any off the bill or offer to fix new food! Dissatisfied!!
One of the best places in area for a filling vegetarian lunch! Can get huge plant based sandwich with the free extras… so yummy! The fresh steamed broccoli is also wonderful and the sweet tea pass a great value! One of our fav places to grab dinner with the baked potatoes and salads there are plenty of options!
Would you eat at a place that is using recycling water, to clean ALL dishes for over 4 to 5 hours ? Their wash machine is NOT set to use clean water on rinse, so spots on dishes are VERY VERY common, Grease, and food stains result in rewashing 2X, What good does it do when water is HORRIBLE nasty, recycling inside the machine over and over again. Per manufacture, this dish washing system DOES NOT kill germs, like covid, or make plates safe to eat off of after washing. Beware.... How about restrooms that hot water, does not work most of the time (they rely on coffee maker for hot water for kitchen). Of Restrooms that use an electronic eye that is battery powered to make faucets work ?? Yes Battery powered... due to no outlets. How about employees that do NOT wash hands upon entering kitchen or prepping food ? I was employed 90 days and only a few times say employees wash hands correctly using wash stations. 95-98% of the time, just put gloves on and went about making food. What about a lemonade machine that is cleaned once a week (due to complicated assembly). And was broken by an employee resulting in a repair that was OVER $1,000.00 to fix (both bowels were cracked - and needed replacing). How about flies in eating area and kitchen ? What about bug residue on walls just out of reach of cleaning by employees, but still visible if you just look up. The food is generally very good to excellent, but VERY sloppy sanitation practices, resulted in leaving as an employee. I AM Serve Save Manager certified, as are both managers, but practice, is NOT what is being preached. No one seems to be in charge of Food safety. Hot water is standard old style consumer heating unit. NOT instant hot, like in other places I have worked. Kitchen relies on coffee maker for hot water on a daily basis. Soda machines are also a mess. Boxes are stored at wrong angle, resulting in syrup mix not being right about 25% of the time. Boxes SHOULD be stored with nozzle in DOWN position horizonal to shelf. NOT vertical. Carbonation was off about 30% of the time, either too much or not enough making soda taste horrible. Bad system that is over 5 years old, never updated. This place needs a good renovation and much of the back end hardware needs to be replaced. They do a LOT of business, and their is no where near enough storage, for the volume of business they are doing. This results in food safety issues, on a regular basis. They need a outside storage area, or at least a outside frigerator/freezer to store food needed for catering orders. It is not unusual for food, bread, chips, to be stacked ceiling high in the back room (over 50 feet high) during times of high orders. It was not unusual to see 400-500 cups to be used in a 4-5 hour shift (that is a case of cups). With usage like that, thats 2 cases a day.. Would require 10-12 cases of just cups for a weeks usage.. no room to store but 4 cases in back room. Store needs to be at least 25-50% larger physically to handle the traffic of customers.... but this location does NOT allow ANY physical expansion. Without cutting out dining room space.
Ongoing problems with bad service as noted on other review sites. Awaiting response from Franchise management. Can someone please explain to me why it is ACCEPTABLE to use RECYCLED low temp chemically infused water (recycled for up to 8 hours) to clean dishes/silverware with that are served to the public. Even the manufacture of the machine says that this isn't acceptable and to stop using these machines as they do NOT kill bacteria, and may contribute to the spread of the Covid Virus....
Great fresh food. Good variety, and good sized portions. Friendly workers.
Wow what an experience. We were in a long line which moved fairly quick, but when we got to the front the cashier mention that it would be at least 30 or 40 minutes before we would get our meal and to decide whether to stay or not. Well, we decided to stay. Unbelievably we sat down and in 5 minutes we got our food! I don't know how that happened! But it was quite a Pleasant Surprise . Very delicious as you can see.?
