Stumbled upon this bar while visiting Lynchburg. It is and has be located across from the train station for 50 years. Mary Jane, the owner, welcomed us with open ands and gladly satisfied our thirst for a cold beverage. As far as atmosphere this place is full of character. From the sun dancers in the front windows to the hundreds of taps that line the bar to the hundreds of pictures of endless good times been had there. This place is the best bar in VA.
Fine location for tasty bar food. The food was so savory. The service was very friendly and attentive. This place has an awesome feel to it.
