Everyone was very friendly. Food was good. My son, who is 43, said the ribeye he had was the best he's ever had. I ordered french fries and my son ordered waffle fries. The waitress said she thought they were out of waffle fries. When the food came we both got waffle fries. I was not a fan but I didn't complain. I ordered the Mississippi Brownie and asked for whipped cream instead of marshmallows. It came with just whipped cream and a little chocolate syrup; so she left off the ice cream and walnuts as well as the marshmallows. My husband said his food was "okay".
We were there last weekend on our drive home from visiting friends. The food was AMAZING! We got ribeye steaks and they were flavorful, cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. I wish there was a Logan's by me! Staff was great too. Everything about Logan's was top notch!
They took “hand washing” to a new level! This employee washed dishes and silverware in the hand washing sink! Ugh!
The meal was heavily salted and I was feeling sick before I got home. I felt ok initially and took photos for a review. I will not be back.
Our family got to this establishment at 9pm. We waited 45 minutes for a server to take our drink order after going to find one. We continued to sit there and at 1015 decided to leave. It was not busy!! A bunch of servers were just standing around doing nothing!! I’ve never had bad service here before.
Good food but bad service. Put my name at waitlist at 17:55. Got in at 18:30. It took a while to get drink and appetizer. First steak was served at 19:20, literally waited 50 minutes to get main dish. It didn’t even cooked well. Ordered medium rare but came with rare. Server is just too slow and busy, goes everywhere. I’ll go Texas Roadhouse next time. If you love waiting and do nothing, than this place is recommended.
Terrible experience the waitress was not friendly, asked 5 times for rolls, when other tables around us were getting them. Granddaughter asked for waffle fries, received regular, she brought the drinks anout 15 minutes after we ordered. I received my steak 55 minutes after we were seated, almost everyone had finished eating. Granddaughter ordered honey mustard with her chicken, i had to ask for it because she didnt bring it with her meal but said she would bring it. My steak was not cooked med, closer to well, it was a 12 ounce ribeye with 5 ounces of fat. Husbands steak was tough.
Waitress was nice Stephanie - but was forgetful. Did not bring dressing for salads, had to wait for it. Steak was cooked wrong 1st time, ordered medium & it was well. Cheese ff had bacon on the and the cheese was cremated on them. Waitress repeatedly told us she was bringing hot fresh rolls that we never got with our food only as appetizer. Then when we got done eating she brings us 2 rolls each out in a to go box. Manager brought 2nd steak out that was still cooked wrong. I have never in my logan's experiences seen such a poor looking steak. It looked like a paper thin pork chop. Manager ended up taking it off the bill for me. The waitress offered us to go drinks because she knew we were working and never brought them to us...the 3rd time she asked if we wanted the to go drinks I finally said no! Not happy with this experience at all. Took forever to get our change when we paid.
Will not be back. Logans was once a great place to eat. My husband and I were not spoken to when we walked in. Rolls were not brought out until our meal came. When we were ready to order our waitress mentioned that she had to use the bathroom when were done ordering. two of the bathroom stalls couldn't lock. these are only a few of the issues we had.
Well we have been here 4 times since we moved here. First and second time was great. Third time the steak was awful. Didn't eat it all. To much gristle. 4th time the service sucked so bad. I thought our waitress quit. Let me say this, I don't think all the waitresses are bad that work there. We seen other tables getting good service, but our waitress sucked. Never brought out all of our food. Never refilled our drinks. Had to ask 4 times to get extra butter. Had to ask 5 times to get there famous rolls but never got them. We finally had to complain. I will say the manager did take care of us on the bill on what we did get. Sucked bad for us because we brought out of town family there for what we thought was going to be a great dinner experience. I would like to go back but will probably hesitate and wait for awhile. Idk
