I had the worst service here today!!!! I had a door dash order that wasn't ready, so they asked me to pull to the front to wait. After 45 mins of waiting & calling with no avail, I go back through the drive thru... They ask me if I had been waiting All this time???? Then try to push 20 pizzas through the drive thru window. Mind you the workers were hanging out in the back & side of building taking orders from friends cars!!!!!

Will NEVER order from this franchise again. Rude management, poor customer service. Not worth it. Called multiple times to get a refund and still have not received a call back from the district manager or store manager. Don’t waste your money.
this place sucks. the food is good but the wait is way too long, the workers are lazy and i’ve heard they’re rude from a lot of people. i worked at a Mellow Mushroom and we got out peoples orders in half the time it takes them
Very poor service, theres never any hot and ready, ready. Was treated very rudely. After the pizza was given to me you could see they just re heated and old pizza and there the toppings on it. Worst experience.
Slowest pizza place in town...only drive thru no inside . Hot an ready was not hot and they had to make it from what they said. Lazy employees clearly visible doing nothing with a parking lot full of people. Close it down at that rate.
Very rude and unprofessional. Was yelled at through the drive thru after waiting for 5 minutes. If you’re going to treat others like trash, that’s the only thing people will expect from your business. I’ll travel to any other Little Caesars from now on no matter the inconvenience.I hope the owner is reading this, because I would love to ask how you would allow such hostility at your establishment. It’s disgraceful.
Food wasn't the greatest. They said the slices n stix were hot and ready and they weren't and they said I'd have to wait 15 minutes. Was not going to. Staff did not wear gloves or masks and were not the kindest. Would not recommend.
Daughter order on line, went to location on Candlers Mt Rd, Lynchburg VA. Order was placed at 1:48 pm on Saturday Nov 20, 2021. I was to pick them up at 4:45pm. General Manger of store, Michelle told me in a very loud voice that they didn't have order. They can't control online orders. Daughters recipe shows money was taken out of her bank account. I asked GM how come they can't find order, she again said they can't control online orders....she began to get hostile towards me and I had my daughter on phone as she could hear the conversation. Several of the employees gathered at the drive in window, as well as the store manager. They did get the order finished at 5:10 pm. This definitely will be my last time at this Little Cesar's. I felt that I was selected out because I called them out on this order and I was a male caucasian and those involved were black. Never have I dealt with a manager who acted like this.
Food was great but i waited over an hour to get my notification that my food was ready. I decided to just drive through the drive thru and they just happened to have my order ready. I got notification that my food was ready about 10 minutes after I picked up my order. A bad experience for little caesars. Wings should not take an hour to cook. As someone who has spent 20 years in the restaurant industry it should only take about 10-12 minutes.
