Customee services was good and Chicken was fresh but didn't get all of my order.
Chicken quick and right. The $5 Fill Ups are reasonable and portions decent. If you like Chicken Pot Pie, it's great and a nice portion for $5 + tax.
Closed at 9pm on the weekend. WAY too early for a major fast food location.

Served with no issues.Food: The whole KFC menu is appetizing. I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and so did my wife. Our group also had tenders, 2 pc meal, and a kids meal. All were made to order, hot and delicious. There is a board showing where the chicken was from and who is cooking today.Location: Corner of Greenview and Timberlake. Pretty easy in and out using Greenview. Timberlake can be a bit tougher during certain times.Staff: Greeted as we walked in. Very friendly. Staff seems to care about their store.Atmosphere: Literally the reason we stopped here. The outside looked amazing only to be outdone by the interior. We all commented on how clean, welcoming, and comfortable the inside was. Booth seating was really comfortable. The whole place was exceptionally clean.Cleanliness: The whole place was exceptionally clean.Prices: Very reasonable.
We’ve gone here a couple times since moving to Lynchburg and have always been pleased with our meals. Everything has always been correct and freshly prepared. And only once have we ever had an issue (one of the lids to a gravy cup wasn’t on all the way and spilled everywhere), but we all make mistakes sometimes and it wasn’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things.When we’re in the mood for a quick fried chicken dinner, we’ll gladly go back to KFC.
Meh. Says their chicken sandwiches are fried to order. Never seen a chicken breast fry up in 5 minutes. Overcooked and grainy.
Placed and online order. Was canceled and given no reason why. Ordered the exact meal and was made fairly quickly. I missed out on my online offer because of the unknown cancelation. Mash and gravy tasted old at the place just opened up. Going to be a while before I come back.
They messed up my order but two employees really made up for it so I give y'all five stars!!! The two employees are named Micheal and laniya (sorry for butchering the spelling of your name!!) But them two need to be recognized as awesome employees!!!
The biscuit was so hard that it was like a marble.The pot pie had been under the light for a long time.Very dry. They had no customers and the lady inside was helpful with my order because I wanted chicken and pot pie. When I called back no one would answer the phone. I live in Gretna and this is not good customer service fir two reasons. I can’t just go back there and I really wanted this and not good enough to eat.
Right now they have won the chicken sandwich war. Best of all fast food out there. The chicken potpie is not to be missed.
