Virginia Paranormal Investigations visited the IHOP on Sunday, May 15th, early in the afternoon. We were seated almost immediately, and the waitress came to greet us. We noticed that she wasn't friendly. It seemed that waiting on people was an inconvenience for her. Someone asked to have a smiley face in the pancakes. Someone else didn't realize that pancakes came with his meal. The way the waitress responded was with a very condescending tone. Then we noticed that one creamer on top of those they brought in a bowl was already used. It seemed they'd brought us a used bowl of creamers. The pancakes came without a smiley face, too. Otherwise, the food tasted good. Better customer service would've made the food taste even better.

One of the BEST IHOP breakfasts I've had in awhile! The food was hot and very well prepared. Great service and we were served and got our food quickly.

It was ok but nothing too impressive. Wait to be seated wasn't bad at 3pm on a sunday afternoon but then we sat at our table and no one came for quite a while to take order. Waitress came and took order seemed surprised no one had waited on us yet. Said they were out of orange juice , we then watched orange juice go out to another table. Then while waiting on food she came came said they were out of fries. When the food came it was good. Just not impressed.

I highly recommend the frenchtoast combo with the strawberries and bananas. The service here is what you'd expect from an IHOP, though I will say that the staff has always been friendly. Its usually rather busy so unless its off hours expect a bit of a wait

I went there 2 days ago. If I could not give a star I would. The waiter never came by to check on us, our food took well over an hour, and we ordered the minute we sat down! Also, there’s tons of infighting amongst the management and servers. Once the food came out, of course it tasted horrible! This isn’t the first time this has happened. I come because I like IHOP as a whole. But I’m done now! They need to fire the the entire management staff, any of the older servers and start with a clean crew.If IHOP cares about their reputation, they’ll deal with this.

I ordered delivery, my dasher was great but the food on the other hand…my omelette was greasy to the point it was inedible and the forgot to put the salsa and the other toppings in the bag. At least my daughters food was edible.

Allot of food just wasn't very tasty. My husband and I got allot of food as you can see and it wasn't great. It was allot just didn't taste very good. Don't think I would eat there again. Also I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and got regular ones. Lesson learned!

I'll preface my review by saying that the negatives here were likely not the employees fault. They seemed to be very understaffed, and what staff they did have were fairly obviously new to the job. With the above said, I would not at all recommend eating at this IHOP until staffing improves. The restaurant was grimey and did not smell the best. It was very warm, and I'm left to assume that the HVAC system was not working. Our orders were mostly inaccurate, slow, and arrived at different times. The staff seemed to be doing the best that they could, and I'd put the majority of these issues on corporate/ownership.

Give this woman her tip! I have worked for tips for years and it is absolutely FALSE that it needs to be totaled out in order to claim the tip. Either the managers are jealous or they straight up stole the money. People in the community are not happy about this and your business will suffer if you do not do the right thing.

Quality food and service. It's IHOP, what's not to love? Coffee is a classy brew. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. The wait staff are extremely friendly, especially Lisa. If you're craving a good breakfast at a decent price it's definitely worth the stop.
