way too expensive. a small cheeseburger $9.00. No thanks won't be back
The burger was good and I got a ton of extra fries (THANKS!), but it was fairly expensive.

Had a fantastic experience at this Five Guys! The staff were friendly and fun, clearly enjoying working together and have a light-hearted attitude, all while making my food exactly as I ordered it and in a reasonable amount of time.I grew up going to the first few Five Guys restaurants up in Alexandria, then in Springfield / Fairfax (all VA) when they opened. And I feel very comfortable saying this is one chain that has done an amazing job of sticking to its core of making a few items very, very well. And the Lynchburg location is no different. Well done!
Extremely friendly staff and amazing service. The bathroom was clean and smelled pleasant. I know that means a lot to many people.
It's a great burger but not fast food, this is fast casual, a gourmet burger made by fast food chefs. It's a delicious burger and the Cajun fries are the way to go. It is expensive, my friend and I got two small burgers with one fry and one small drink and it was about $30 but it was delicious, I say it's worth it!
Ordered via Door Dash app. We hadn't eaten here for a long time. We used to love this place. Now everything is highly over priced and nothing tastes the same much less tasting good. It was actually kind of nasty. The bun was old and crumbly. Burger? No taste either. The fries were dry and had no taste. Was very disappointed to say the least. Don't think we'll be wasting our money here again! Lesson learned!
Very clean and nicely arranged dining area, the staff were very courteous and kind and the order was received in an adequate amount of time, I absolutely think 5 guys is 5 stars and has the best burgers out of any fast food burger chain period. Highly recommend this location .
Way to overpriced and the food is subpar at best very bland but we found JD’s Mobile Grill in Forest and man the food is unbelievably good got to check it out 1000% times better than this place and cheaper
They are way too overpriced. I get that their customer service is spot on, but $16 for two hot dogs that are Walmart quality? Not worth it at all. Thanks, but no thanks. Five Guys is not for me or my family
