Friendly service, good food, fair price.I can honestly say that I'm not a huge fan of subs but I think I'm addicted to firehouse. Their subs are sooo good. My order has never been wrong, but sometimes they give u a pickle, sometimes they don't. STOP BEING STINGY WITH THE PICKLES??

The subs are fresh and delicious ?. I enjoyed the Hook and Ladder sub. Just the right amount of meat. The bread was nice and toasty. I will be back!!

Better than Subway. I ordered the meatball sub. Good sandwich and very courteous staff. Clean tables and restroom. Highly recommend.
The food is good loved my hook and ladder. But the manager at this Wards road Firehouse was rude. I have eaten here alone several times. The manager asked me one day if I have anyone to eat with. I told her I have 2 kids. She said “I see you here all the time, you’re always alone.” And then she told me she doubts I have kids because I’m always alone. Just because someone is alone doesn’t mean they don’t have kids, I told her that. She laughed at me and rudely said “If you really have kids, you should take them with you.” She walked away before I could say anything. I think she must be miserable. I’m sorry if she’s miserable. She shouldn’t talk to customers that way. Basically, she called me a liar about having kids. That’s insane.
