We were there today and we ordered pita sandwiches. There were 3 women inside. The one who prepared food for us was wearing long dirty sleeves that's been touching the food in the counter. She don't really care. Also, the cashier has dirty hands and she handed us the cups and touching the top of it. Then she went to the top of the food cleaning or checking her fingers. That's so gross and unacceptable. Hope the owner/s or management will check their camera in case they have because it's not good for their business. I regret we went there today.
The food is great. Always has been. But the staff is horrible. I fully understand trying times means take what you can get but the sheer audacity of this particular staff was awful. Staff member refused to make my item after telling me they couldn’t make a panini cause the machine needed an hour to “cool” off. I work in a restaurant and nothing there takes an hour to cool off to be cleaned. Then walked away from a group of 4 trying to order and another staff member had to finish. If you don’t like your pay or job quit and get a new one. Don’t take it out on the customers that are helping your company survive.
Usually I love going here. I get a number 10 cordon bleu with no onions. Today however, when my sandwich was done and they went to wrap it, the bottom busted open and some of the chicken fell out, they then held my sandwich over the trash can while they continued pulling the meat outta my sandwich then wrapped it up with pretty much only lettuce in it. Terrible experience and waste of money. Get better workers who care about the quality
I love this place! Delicious pitas and Italian dressing! They were pretty busy but we got through the line in no time. We've enjoyed this place for years! ?

I love these sandwiches but this was gross! Why bother ordering with no lettuce or tomato if your going to get lettuce and tomato? I also ordered extra oregano, onion, salt and pepper and that was right but there was no meat and this was the county fair. Won’t order delivery here again.

Gust as good as always. Ordered a pocket sandwich & they are very generous with the portions. The staff is wonderful & friendly. I've enjoyed this place for years. Their newest location in the renovated Food Court looks great. I'll be back a lit!
I'd love to rate the food, unfortunately I didn't have any this past Sunday as the entire area where food was being prepared was nasty. There were 3 employees behind the counter and only 2 customers in line. A variety of different shredded cheeses were in the mayo bin and just scattered about all over the other sandwich ingredients, the food prep counters were not wiped down...it just looked gross. Why anyone would choose to eat food being prepared on that surface escapes me. It's too bad...this place used to be pretty good.
