Called to order food for first at my hotel, call was initially answered by a very rude male asking "what do you want" ? I said I'd like to order a couple of pizzas from the $6.99 mix n match, his response, "well I'll have to put you on hold" uuummmm OK... puts me on hold, immediately picks the phone back up then hangs up. I call back and get the same RUDE kid who was in such a hurry taking my order, and not listening to what I was asking for, at which point I asked for to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one available. After the phone fumbling around for a few seconds, employees yelling at each other in the background, a young lady got on the phone stating she was the manager abs how could she help me ? I placed my order, apologized to her for whatever reason, while she continued to quickly rush me off the phone. Only to get my order and it be wrong. Upon calling the store to let them know the young lady that took my order said she did so and repeated it back to me, but will credit my account for a pizza. I said extra seasoning on the crust, NOT GARLIC PARM IN PLACE OF MY TOMATO SAUCE! Again...... this comes from NOT LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER, and was absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE YET WITH THIS STORE! I'm pretty sure there will be plenty more bad experiences with this specific store if they keep the staff that was working tonight
We love Dominoes but not being able to order $31 worth of pizza (that im picking up BTW) because I'm using cash is utterly ridiculous y'all already stopped delivering to Us as if people don't get robbed in boonsboro or rivermont I've been using this location for 7 year's and what a difference it makes going from a house to an apartment. But I can order a hot spot in the middle of nowhere lol.
Food cooked to perfection showed up fast and driver was kind what more could you ask for!
The people were very personable and friendly and they made my pizza just how I wanted it. They’re doing something right. I’ll be back very soon

Domino's Pizza is always our favorite to-go (and our only) place for pizza. The pizza is always delicious! The customer care is always great. They have some really good people working there. Kudos and thumbs up for Domino's!
