Meh. Salad was fresh, but WAY overpriced for a bowl of greens. Service was ok- one staff member was super friendly and helpful. One seemed to have a grudge against the world- and it showed. Probably won’t be back, although we dearly love a good salad bar

I am writing my wife's account of her treatment today. She doesn't review things on Google but i thought it needed to be said. She arrived around 1pm to meet a friend for lunch. Apparently they were closing early because of staffing issues. There was something posted on the door that my wife saw when she was leaving. Their posted hours and on Google are 11-830pm. They were out of salad ingredients even though they are next to a grocery store. My wife and her friend were half way through their meal when the lady that had been behind the counter approached them and told them they had to leave because they were closing early. She said they were allowed to sit outside and finish. It's around 90 degrees today. I've never heard of something like this happening in a restaraunt after having served someone. This means they were open for 2.5 hours today and kicked everyone out finished or not.

This place is good but if you are going to let Google AND your hours listed on your door say your open till 8:30 PM prolly shouldn’t lock your doors at 8:00.

Wife kindly suggested they serve ice water and or bottle water instead of just carbonated water, worker immediately became rude went off about supply issues (haven’t heard that about ice water or bottled water….). The lady helping me check out immediately stopped talking to us and refused to address us or say thank you. This place was just spiteful. As consumers we also are painfully aware of supply issues and inflation. Every time we go out to eat we see it prices continue to rise. With healthier options opening up in Lynchburg, I’ll be going there instead. We ate here often and sadly we will not be coming back.

Absolutely delicious! And so fresh with healthy options. The 3 stars comes from the fact their hours are suggestions. Half the time I make my way over here for dinner, they aren’t open. If they weren’t as good as they are, it wouldn’t be as sad.

I didn’t realize how much I appreciated Crisp until I tried another salad shop. I get 2-6 salads a week at Crisp (I try not to think about how much money I could be saving by making my own). I LOVE their salads, but the location isn’t that convenient for me, so I tried a spot closer to where I work: they didn’t even come close. Crisp’s salads are consistently good, the selection of “toppings” is solid and they always seem fresh, and they have a great selection of dressings. Now I will say that some of the employees seem to be less than thrilled to be there most days, but several of them are always great, and as long as they keep making me good salads, I can deal with the less-than-excited attitudes. I won’t leave you again Crisp! P.s. if you’d add black olives to the toppings options, that would be awesome ?

Really excellent options regardless of your tastes. The Thai wrap with chicken, add onion and corn is my go to choice but you can't go wrong!

Do not eat here, go to the Downtown Lynchburg location if you can. One member of staff here was almost spitefully, purposefully slow in making our food and was very rude to us. I used to love eating here, but if these are the kind of people you’re hiring for your restaurant now, then you’re literally scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees. Please do better.

First time trying this place an loved it. I ordered the Sea Boy and it fulfilled my craving for a healthy and delicous alternative to anything of the fast food variety.

Great service. Food is always fresh. The staff is great and fast!
