Love the ice cream here and the many options , missing one star because the staff here gets too many things wrong too often. Out of every 5 orders maybe it gets messed up 2-3 times out of the 5 whether it’s a online order or DoorDash. Staff is polite though and usually will try to fix any issues .
Scam!!! $12 for two plain scopes of ice cream. Avoid all these places from this business.

The lynchburg stores owner has no idea what is going on with his business! He has no idea how to read his tickets when u order online , and tell the customers they are wrong when u try to explain to him also that he does not run the online sight so it's not his responsibility!! Has no problem not having adequate staff during business hours, and is very rude!! This will be the last time they get my money!
