Several booths were damaged, tables weren't the cleanest, and staff kept mostly to themselves.Pizza itself was good and for a decent price. Nothing was stale or undercooked.
Every time my wife and I visit, we are always impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the restaurant. The staff are especially friendly. Everything was fresh, if it wasn’t, they replace asap. I’ve always loved cicis growing up, I love it even more now!
This place has really dropped off. The pasta was disgusting, hard and lukewarm. The pizza was ok and the customer service was friendly. If you want a to go cup for your meal, you will be charged extra for that and if you don't like being surrounded by dirty, unbussed tables, you may want to dine elsewhere
Good food and good environment mostly. Seems to have a good team working together to keep customers happy!!
I brought our family of 7 plus one friend with us. Overall the experience was what we expected. My only disappointment was that we made our choice to dine here based on a deal that we saw on google for a kids meals being free with one adult meal up to three adults, but the store did not honor the online deal. The food was hot and ready and just basic pizzas and salad, but hey, for a family as large as ours, we aren't picky about the selection. This is the least expensive buffet in town to feed all of us. No complaints about that!
I’m at Cici’s RIGHT NOW and immediately told the manager there was mold in the ice machine. She was very rude and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about, and continued to talk about me to her staff. I loved coming in here, but after seeing this, it made me feel SOOO sick to my stomach. The workers haven’t cleaned anything yet and I've been here for 20 minutes and I just can’t stand people getting ice in there drinks when there is mold in the machine.

I've been to many Cici's and this is the king, the top dog, the grand poobah, the creme de la creme. Most variety, most freshness. 10 out of 10 must come again
RIDICULOUS!!I brought my family to eat at this Cici’s location as many others in Northern Virginia have closed.My dad does not eat with metal utensils (due to private reasons). We asked for a plastic spoon.The employees did not give my dad a plastic spoon for his soup because “plastic utensils are strictly for takeout only”.We tried to explain, and no consideration was shown from all the employees and the “shift lead”.Employee even offer to give us a soup and a spoon as take out at the end of our meal, but they wouldn’t give us the spoon before they left.I was polite and respectful, but they kept staining at our table, clearly talking about us.We offer to pay for one plastic spoon, and they did not accept it.My dad ended up not being able to have his soup and salad.This experience was just unbelievable.
Had my daughter's birthday there & the workers rocked it keeping the buffet fresh!! Had a great time! Thanks!
