I had an issue with this location today and have been trying to contact someone about it all afternoon but could never get in contact with anyone on the phone or online. Part of my order was missing when I got home and I just want a refund for it. There was a long line and they had me pay while finishing the order of a bowl and a burrito and they gave me the bag after I paid. When I got home, I was missing the burrito and just want a refund and to talk to someone. The website or link on the receipt wouldn’t let me submit a request or get in contact with anyone, so it’s a little frustrating
Seen an employee dragging a cat by force through the kitchen door. Good thing I had to leave before I could order.
Fast service. Great food. Glad I take the time to take that terrible u turn to get there. Will be back
My fiancé and I have been to this Chipotle several times hoping for better results, but they never really surpass the trip before. Almost every time we have gone, they have either been out of food (even things they’re advertising for you to try), the line has been closed and you must order online only, the food is very minimal even when asking for extra, and the sides that you pay for are barely filled. We love Chipotle, but this one is a little disappointing.
Went in around 7 pm. Every table in the place was dirty. Staff not friendly at all. Told the guy was my first time there. Told him I could not do spicy. He said pinto beans want and they were. So was the chicken. I ate 2 bites and threw it away. Wouldn’t have done any good to complain. Those kids working there don’t care. I had to wipe my own table off. I was in there for maybe 20 minutes and they never cleaned the tables off. Place was nasty and food was disgusting. I will never go back
I'm a vegetarian and the plant based option tastes great. Plus the portions are enough if you are hungry it will fill you up. If you're not, you will have enough for another meal.
If you want to eat vegan, this is not the place for you. Almost every time I've ordered in the past couple months, there has been steak or chicken mixed in my sofritas. It's mind boggling how careless and incompetent employees are at this location.
I think the customer service speaks for itself. Food isn't cheap for the small portions you get. Dine here at your own risk.
They have gotten very skimpy with their portions. Food is still good but the portions have gone down with the prices going up! Not worth it in my opinion
Second time ordering through grub hub and the food that is delivered is incorrect. Like the receipt taped to the meal is correct but the food inside is not what is listed and paid for. Given my daughter has a gluten allergy. She didn't get her meal twice. Yes, my money was refunded. It isn't grub hubs fault the meal ticket was on the wrong meal. Do better Chipotle, Wards rd Lynchburg, VA
