Chipotle is always good. The consistency in what one gets is good, but the amount of each items placed into the order can vary a great deal. Is always tastes great.
Gave me barely any food. I ordered extra and they gave me less then regular. Never again.
I've had bad experiences here, several times. And one mediocre experience, which was arguably the best one.This review is strictly based on the quality of burrito, and quality of customer service.(If you are debating getting tacos i know a 13 year old who loves them and swears they are amazing.)For me, the burritos have consistently been sub par. A good burrito gives you a mixture in each bite of the different ingredients, rice. Beans, protein, gauc, etc. Consistently the burritos here have been getting a bite of one ingredient at a time. I dont really know how they manage to do this consistently but it sure does make the burrito taste worst. In addition, their burritos are always falling apart in my hands. A good burrito should be pulled taught and and not feel floppy and loose. There's a number of youtube videos that explain how to make a burrito, perhaps have your training videos incorporate more of them?Customer service has been a mixed bag. It's mostly college students, but still I've known many respectful and mature college students, it feels like most of the people working here couldn't care less about making the food or how the food tastes to me. (I get that this is probably a transition job for most) but that lends to why the burritos are always messy and poorly made.tldr: employees don't seem to care. And the few that do are never working when I'm there, or only end up ringing me instead of making my food.
I go to this Chipotle frequently. There were nine people working today and only one person was at the front actually serving the food. It took forever. Someone is often wasting time making 600 bags of chips or cutting 500 onions. Serious managment issues.
Always friendly and they have a good sense of humor.
The staff and the Store GM, Matt went above and beyond in assisting me to feed a hockey team of 37 on short notice for lunch.
Very poor customer service! We ordered chipotle through door dash at work today for an employee’s last day-6 orders in total. The door dasher delivered the food promptly, however, our bag was missing 3 of the 6 orders, even though the bag receipt listed all 6 entrees. Also, one of the bowls was only half full and there was liquid leaking from a bowl. When we called chipotle to tell them the of the mistake they were not helpful. They left us on hold multiple times and the only solutions offered were, “you can come here and pick up the rest of the items” and “we will refund you what you didn’t receive.” No one was able to leave work which is why door dash was utilized so that option was not possible and the refund of the missing items was less than desirable. Chipotle offered no apologies or efforts to amend. It was a very dissatisfying experience for all!
very poor customer service and the managers were not accommodating at all after messing my order up. They tried to place blame on a third party when it was clearly their mistake. They were not apologetic in the least. I was very disappointed with the way management handled this situation
It's like the team there are incapable of reading the order, or the system is so garbage that it doesn't show the order correctly. We only ordered to use one of the 3 free items (since you can't use more than one on an order even though all 3 were from the same completely botched order) and I'm certain we won't be using the other 2 now. Half of the items again were missing from the burrito.In the mood for a burrito? No you aren't. Go somewhere else.
Ordered today 4 orders every single order was wrong. Ordered large drink got a medium after begging for cup ordered a steak burrito got chicken, other person ordered chicken quasedia with sour cream came with no sour cream,. 2 kids meals one was build your own taco with carnitas, cheese and corn received a shell just one with black beans and rice other kids meal was cheese quasedia supposed to be with black beans and rice instead received carnitas quasedia with sour cream and rice. First of all I paid extra money for things not given to me second how hard is it to follow an order. Had to beg for my drink cup standing there being ignored for over 5 minutes than the person gave me an attitude about it. Next time drive to wards road people are nicer and never have they screwed up an order that bad. This was done from chipotle app
