I've always liked a restaurant with a healthy interest in the satisfaction of it's patrons food. On that note my family ate hear sometime last week in March and I wanted to share my experience.My wife ordered a burger, I got a steak dish, and our kids got the standard macaroni and fried chicken kids combos. My wife's burger wasn't crafted with a very thin slice of avocado, but was supposed to have multiple slices. My steak was supposed to be a prime cut but was at least 1/3 fat and grissel on one end and my steamed broccoli was hard and needed more steam time. I try not to complain about food and in this instance I realized they were rushed and short staffed.Now for the pleasant part, after my waiter listened to my complaints about the food he confirmed they were indeed understaffed and running into some kitchen problems. Then they did something I didn't expect which was bring out our orders remade after letting us eat the original orders to make up for the issues with our original orders.So be brave and speak up here because these guys and gals really aim to give you a pleasant experience.
Just got my take out, was on time, you forgot my drink. But I’m thinking that would have been flat! My fries were cold, chicken crispers chewy and cold!If I wasn’t tired I would have returned and brought it back, instead it went in the trash.. I won’t be back
Delicious meal and great value! The real highlight of our visit was our server, Ashlynn! She delivered the kindest and most attentive service I've had in years!
Food is great! Rocky is the best at the bar. Look forward to seeing him every time! Be back next time we are in town.
Poor food quality but great staff.Burger sliders were pink and mushy in the center. Disgusting! Couldn't finish. Friends also ordered burgers which we decent, but still not great. First Chili's I've been to with such a low standard of cooking.
Very good salad and excellent customer service! The greeter was warm, friendly and inviting! The waitress was excellent. Beautiful smile and made us feel that she truly enjoyed having us there!
Stayed at Hampton in Lynchburg. Went to Chili's next door. Not greeted well at door. Young lady, and shaggy bearded young dude seemed both kinda apathetic... took a bar table. Then the server made up for it and some. Gwyn was awesome!! Just the right amount of friendly chat, ordered effective and timely. Didn't have to ask for anything. She made the evening. She also informed me of the mini lava cake that is not on the menu.. Love when server's give you a secret. Treat this girl well Chili's... she's a star.
I love Chili's. I know it's a chain, but it consistently delivers no matter the location. I always love the street corn and the lava cakes. This Lynchburg location was no different! Food was good and service from Steven was fantastic. No complaints from me!
Food came out hot and sizzling. Steak cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Black mushy but Pico sitting on top. Tortillas hot and wrapped. Blue Martini perfect with right amount of salt. Our waiter friendly and very helpful. Yes I would recommend this place.
I ordered a takeout shrimp salad as I was staying at a nearly hotel. It has to be the most uninspiring dish I have eaten in a long time. The lettuce was limp and turning brown at the edges, the shrimp were flavorless as were the bits of tomato ant the crumbled cheese was hard to find. The only good part was the dressing which was lively and spicy.
