Too homophobic try going to a place that isn’t homophobic
Tonight we had the best staff member check us out at Wards Rd drive through that we have had at any Chick-fil-a ever! Krista was in training but was extremely thorough and careful with our allergy friendly order! Quite impressive!! We received a very generous full of greens and fruit market salad pictured below. The staff bagging food missed our 3rd salad and we had to go back for it which was unfortunate but the food quality was excellent!
Unfortunately, we received McDonald’s level experience at Chick-fil-A this evening. The drive through worker, Michelle, was very rude and gave us attitude when we tried to tell her our sleeping newborn was in the backseat, she kept cutting us off, rolling her eyes when we were ordering, wouldn’t look at us, acted sarcastic, and worst of all forgot to ask us which sauces we wanted. I’m just disappointed as our experiences have always been so great here. This doesn’t make me want to ever go back.
The service at lynchburg location 2503 wards road was absolutely terrible. I've never felt more disrespected at any restaurant as I did yesterday at this location. When my order was taken the girl told me to please hurry and when I tried to make a friendly joke with her about why she was looking at me so hateful the entire time she just became more rude and anything but nice. I moved on to the next stop on my chick fil a rudeness fulfillment trip. I came to another employee who brings me my food and milkshakes. He seems nice however when I ask for a reciept for my order he replies, "ugh. We don't really do that" and when I asked if he would please get it for me anyway he said he would and then proceded onto the next customer in line and refused any eye contact with me at all. It was like he was hoping I would just leave. I flagged down 3 more employees of which I asked all of them to please get me a recipet for my order and some sauces for the 15 peice nugget I just ordered. They all obliged and said they would. No one did. Not one of them would help me. It wasn't until I basically refused to move in the line (which sucks for everyone behind me ) that they asked me what I needed again, REALLY!? And I told them. I finally got the reciept and sauces after waiting about 20 minutes extra for them..
Always a 5 star experience. Oftentimes they mess-up the order I do for my kids meals since honestly it's a confusing order (I add an extra apple sauce to the order every time) but every time it I call they run someone out to fix it no questions asked! Extraordinary customer service every time!
I've always had great fast orders. Today I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo. When I got it, the label said no cheese. I didn't order no cheese and when I checked it didn't have cheese. I handed back to get it fixed and they brought it back AGAIN with no cheese. And waited for prob 20 min in drive thru on the food
This place is absolutely horrible. Rude customer service to people of color and the food tastes terrible. People are so obsessed with online ordering and super fast service which leads to sloppiness. The fries tasted like last night's trash, with burnt crumbled up pieces. The chicken was hard and overcooked and it was obvious they don't use panko crumbs like they do at River Ridge Mall. If you do not follow the Orwellian fashion but prefer to order food and sit in side, you will not get what you pay for. Go to the mall, not this place. I wasted $15.00 on this slop.
Drove through for grandsons’ dinner, and TWICE asked staff to be certain order was complete, as I didn’t want to disappoint the grandchildren. Arrived in Forest with, you guessed it, an incomplete order. Just called and was told I could come back through the line and pick up the remainder of the order, or could come to the counter tomorrow and pick it up. Manager did not appear concerned about the mistake. I won’t be returning.
They were swamped when I came in and still gave me fast and polite service with a smile. That's the Chick Fil A spirit. Also, please give Matthew a raise.
Placed a mobile order with my two young boys. The order was quick and they didn’t forget anything, but the chicken on my sandwich had been pounded so thin in one spot, it was basically nothing but breading, and the rest of the sandwich was not juicy like their patties usually are. Prob top 3 worst sandwiches I’ve had from Chick Fil A. I was in a hurry or I considered taking it back to them. This location is usually great, so I’m sure it was a fluke, but please check with your cooks and tell them those sandwiches gotta be up to par!
