First off I would just like to humble some of you with the rude comments, at this Burger King it is usually only one man working and doing everything by himself due to staffing issues/problems. Fast food doesn’t necessarily always have to be super fast in order for it to be good. I frequent this Burger King often, and it’s mainly because if I look in the parking lot and see a particular car there, I know my food is going to be super hot and fresh, even though it may take a few extra minutes as opposed to going across the street to McDonald’s. Relax people this Burger King is actually pretty good, just extremely understaffed but the service and quality of food make up for that in my opinion and I will continue to frequent this Burger King. Thanks dude at the window for all that you do. Boss man!
My son absolutely LOVES the mozzarella sticks from Burger King. And this location is always does a great job of delivering hot, fresh, food with a smile and a friendly attitude. They’re always quick with a friendly hello to my son as well, and that makes a big difference for me (especially when I’m trying to get him to say his “please and thank you’s.” We will certainly return to this Burger King the next time a mozzarella stick craving attacks.
I got a fish sandwich and it was the best one yet, it was hot, perfect on the condiments and I will be back for another one soon!!
Went today, went through drive thru and order a quarter pound king only ketchup and the lady goes it comes with ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles. I was like I just want ketchup. Get to the window and ask the cashier if it was only ketchup, she said yes. Get home, and guess what. It has everything on it. Why was it an issue to have only ketchup. It would of made your job easier. I understand how it can be, I used to be a shift manager long ago. It's not that hard.
Manager on duty had a pathetic to say the least attitude. Was repeatedly rude to customers who were coming in to order. Lobby closed at 5:30 with no sign saying so. Place definitely needs to be shutdown. Memorial ave Burger King is way better and that’s saying something.
I did a mobile order Friday night around 10pm. I went to drive thru to pick up my order . There was no one working at the restaurant. . The lights were on and a car was parked.. i assumed someone was inside.. there were no signs indicating they close.. UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm there disappointed in BK.there was a
Even the line was short, it took a minute to get the orders in. But the guy in the drive thru window let me know. Food came out hot. That's why I gave it 5 stars.
Quick drive thru experience and if you have more than two separate orders they are set up to take them (unlike McDonald's who are set up for only taking two separate orders when going through the drive thru)
Go thru drive thru order bacon cheeseburger get order no bacon go back thru and tell them they made another burger again no bacon third time they r gonna put a half piece of bacon in a box so I take burger inside and just said I want my money back.. this is ridiculous
I hadn’t been to Burger King in a while. On the morning of 8/17/2021, I decided to go in to order because the lunch menu was displaying in the drive thru even though it was only about 9:30a and my daughter did not know what she wanted for breakfast. I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese Croissan’wich meal with Hash Browns and an Orange Juice and French Toast sticks for my daughter. The cashier was very nice and courteous. I received my order in good time and headed to Walgreens to pick up some meds. We decided to eat in the car because the meds weren’t ready when we arrived so I pulled out my sandwich and the French Toast sticks and dumped the hash browns in my bag. I placed the bag on my lap. My sandwich was real good, just like old times when I went to BK almost every day for that meal. After about 10 minutes I decided to go back in to see if my meds were ready. I placed the bag of Hash Browns on the center console. When I came back, I was mortified to see my console looked like I rubbed oil all over it. The bag was FULL OF GREASE LIKE I HAD FRIED CHICKEN AND USED THE BAG TO DRAIN THE GREASE. Thankfully, I had on some black leggings because they had grease on them too. These pics speak volumes to my 2 Star rating. 1 Star for excellent customer service by the cashier and 1 star for the delicious Croissan-wich and French Toast sticks and -3 Stars for GREASE FILLED HASH BROWNS. NOT GOOD!!! They were not busy so I do not understand why the Hash Browns were not drained before putting them in the container but clearly for that much grease to be on the bag a step was missed.
