My coworker and I sat at the BAR for a night cap after work! Our waitress came to take our order but we were undecided.She left and said that she would be back! After waiting for about 20 minutes I saw her doctoring on what she later told us was her coworkers sprained ankle! So I told a different waitress to let her know that we were ready.Another 15 minutes passed and I asked for the manager.The manager came and I told him our problem & he went to the waitress and walked away! The waitress finally returned! I asked her if she could wash her hands after nursing on her friend and she refused.She asked another waitress to take care of us and walked away and continued to take care of other customers WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! The customer service was horrible & the manager definitely DO NOT NEED TO BE IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION
If I could choose negative stars that would match the experience tonight! Never have I been to a place of business and such poor service by all staff. First, we are lied to about cut off for alcohol this is proven when everyone else is continuing to be served. Second, wings come out for two of the three people at the table and feathers are not even plucked. Looks like it can fly off the plate at any moment.Third, after waiting thirty minutes for chicken tenders and fries. Finally server comes to the table and acts shocked as to why it hasn’t come yet. Well a moment later they inform us that the two managers on duty were cooking the food now, so again more wait time… finally after another 30 minutes you decide to tell us that the cooks (not the managers) say that they can’t finished making the food that was ordered an hour ago! Terrible terrible way to provide customer service! Never wasting time again!
Experience was pleasant; nothing special. Food was average and customer service was on par with other local restaurants. I would recommend going on a busier day, Thursday at lunch time was really slow. When attempting to enjoy the BWW experience you need engagement. Overall, I would return for future visits as time permits.
Worst experience i’ve had at any restaurant. Our server, Michelle was TERRIBLE. Waiting 45 minutes to order food and drinks, many of which were wrong. Took an hour for food to come out, which was understandable bc it was a tad busy but a lot of the food came out very cold and looked like it had been sitting for 20-30 minutes. A friend got cheese fries andthey were cold enough to where he picked up the whole serving with a fork. People from our group got drinks from the bar and would wait so long that by the time they got them they were watered down or they had to actually get up to get them bc the server was no where to be found. Thinks we didnt order on the check and she was overall very rude when we tried to correct her on what we actually asked for/got. 10/10 would automatically leave if we got her again for a server or asked to be moved.
I’ll do 10 stars if I could. That was the best bww in a long time!! Great service, perfect food exactly how we asked (extra crispy wings) drinks on time!! Just Perfect!!
I came to pick up an order tonight around 8 something..ish and it was quite busy. Numerous people waiting for to-go orders, as well as to be seated. There was a gentleman named Johnathon whom I assume was a manager (I believe) who was multitasking while picking up phone calls, ringing in orders preparing orders, and, meticulously checking each order before a customer left to make sure all items were there. He made sure to greet each customer, and apologized for the wait. I'm super patient and get it, so I had no issue waiting. He even offered me a water while I waited. He was extremely professional, and didn't seem bothered by the organized chaos. Very personable, and very kind. Although my experience was short lived, I appreciated the hard work and extra mile put forth. Thank you:)

Have not received a correct order or good service from this location in years. Don’t waste your time, go ANYWHERE else in Lynchburg.
Went to eat, watch a game. Food was at best like a snack bar, got our order wrong, only saw waitress 3 times, turned off game in middle, didn’t have half the drinks we wanted in stock. One of the worst experiences I have ever had, never again will we go to BWW !
Food is always cold! I'm from Wisconsin and it's the same there to ... they need to step up as a franchise and figure it out .. never satisfied with simple finger food it's sad
