Food was delicious, loved all the different dipping sauces, store was clean and staff was very nice.
The food here was really good. Last time I ate here the food sucked. Glad to see they have improved there quality. Bojangles has the best chicken, fries and biscuits. If you never tried Bojangles and love chicken and biscuits you should really try it.
Breakfast is a new arena for me at the 'Jangle, but I wanted to try something simple and to the point. The biscuit was fresh and hot, the chicken was not dry, overall, it was good. The drive thru associates were efficient and didn't seem like they hated their jobs, that's always a plus!
Went through the drive through this morning without a single car in front. I was asked to hold on for a moment, and I waited patiently. After a few minutes, the lady asked for my order. I started to order a Cajun filet biscuit, and was rudely interrupted with “SIR, WE HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS ‘NO CAJUNS’!”I guess I’m a complete Jerk for not realizing that meant Cajun chicken filets, and deserved to be yelled at after waiting patiently. I will never come back to this store.
Unfriendly employees and they always forget the dipping sauce for my Supremes. I shouldn't have to meticulously check the order Everytime.
Worst drive threw experience ever. Took their time taking our order, did not tell us our total before pulling up to the window, were out of eggs and sausage, could only do a bacon biscuit. Horrible service.
This store’s manager on 12/9/2022 at 12 pm isone of the rudest people that I have ever met.She has absolutely no problem solving skills or ability to represent Bojangles in a positive light.
I went through the drive thru this morning to order me and my coworkers some food. The lady who took my order and that was at the window was extremely nice. She bagged my food how I asked but then the other lady with a cowboy stocking hat on told her she bagged my food wrong and took it out of the bag I asked for and was really rude with this girl. Then I told this lady I needed to get to work and she got even ruder with me. If I was that girl I would have walked out. These type of people are why yall can't keep help. You have good people working and then shirts people. I will not be going back toto this location. I even told the girl It would get better and I appreciated her serviceHi
This one used to be good when Sarah and Christy were there, but has gotten horrible since then. Don't waste your time or energy ordering through a 3rd party, they won't read the order correctly and give you the wrong items. Forest Bojangles is better than this one.
Pork chop biscuit, fries and large tea. Delicious.
