Food was good. Service with an attitude but something was going on when we walked in as the manager was snapping at her staff. Tables in the lobby were dirty and the put closed signs on the door after we walked in.
My family and i went in. It took 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Once we ordered, we waited for 15 minutes to get our food. In those 15 minutes, 3 customers that ordered after we did got their food, and the employee that was making sandwiches, left the sandwich station 3 separate times to hand deliver sandwiches, fries and ice cream to who i assume was her mom and children (who didn't wait in line, or pay for food). This was a terrible experience, and having 8 years of food service experience at multiple different places, i can honestly say that I've never seen an operation run so poorly. I will never visit this location again.
Cold Mac-n-cheese, grandbaby even said this is cold , beef and cheddar was not even warm. Temp was way off. No utensils, or sauce. Staff not customer focused
Ordered between 630pm-7pm. 15 minute wait for beef, had to order chicken sandwiches. Sandwiches were over cooked and dry. Curley fries were cold. Could not believe Ward's Rd, Lynchburg Va location served meal with such poor quality. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Going back to Timberlake Rd location from now on. They seem to take pride in ever order regardless of time of day served.
I have almost always had good food from this location. This is my go to dollar menu snackers!! Coupons rock!
This location is always slow and rude. I stopped in just to get a drink and the line took forever. The cashier got snappy when I asked for clarification on the amount due. The drink tasted straight up nasty. I was so bad I couldn't drink more than one sip.
I been trying to get a Jamocha milkshake for 7 months. Multimillion dollar corporation can't fix they milkshake machine!!! I have a solution buy I new machine, I mean come on!
This Arby's is incredible. I watched a couple get engaged over burgers and onion rings. Three kids came up and promised to be their ring and flower bearers. I spilt my milkshake shaking the grooms hand. The bride to be had hamburger grease on her halter neck top but she looked like a princess. I hear they robbed a grocery store after and were shot during the police chase.

Fast, Hott and friendly Service. Today was best service and food I've gotten there in a while. Regional manager was Great too!! Keep up good service hot food and filled drinks.
