Clean, efficient, good service and well, just a regular old Wendy's. It's in a good location, near the Leesburg outlets and easy to find. It's a more modern and upscale place, although the tables could have used some cleaning. Oh! They have those cool fountain machines where you have a gazillion options. Almost too many! Gotta keep it in perspective though... for a Wendy's - excellent!
One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible, even when you’re kind and patient. I am only writing this because it’s the third time in a row that we’ve had kindness returned with rudeness for simply asking for an item they missed or gotten wrong. Reviews don’t change much for chain establishments, just sharing for those that have less patience for the basics. The one woman working drive thru is awesome though and very kind.
I am allergic to tomatoes. I ordered my food and told them no tomatoes. I pay for my food and didn’t receive a receipt. I called the store and got no answer. I continued to call the store until I got the manager. I told the manager about my allergy and that I checked the sandwich right before biting it. He told me he gave the right food. I asked for his name and he refused to give his name. Moral of the story, good customer service is hard to find at Wendy’s
Incredibly inconsistent and not worth the price anymore. Every few months, the owners of this location let things slip for too long and upset corporate. Then they get their act together and start making sure employees actually answer the drive-thru outside of peak hours or that they don't start yelling at customers during lunch rush for asking why the soda machine only has seltzer water. Right now is one of those down periods.Don't count on this place actually serving you past 9 PM, and if they do, try not to think too hard about what else you might be getting for inconveniencing the employees by asking them to take your order.
This is one of the worst fast food places. they can't get an order right to save their lives. it's been the same for years! Why can't they get it right? how about internship at Chick Fil A??
The food here is just a step above McDonalds. They try so hard to be like arbys and charge arbys prices but the food is just ok.The staff on the other hand is the worse. I normally order online and go in the drive through to pick up and there is always an issue. Most of the time the staff can not find my order and when they do its almost always wrong.
Everything is always fresh and hot. I usually get the Dave's single and it is always delicious. Fries are hot and not too salty and the nuggets are crispy and fresh. I usually eat inside, the tables are clean and employees are all very friendly.
Do NOT order curbside pickup! I waited 20+ minutes for my order. The doors are locked so you cannot go in to get your food. I finally called the store number to see what was going on. I told the lady I saw that my bank had already processed the payment after she said they didn't have an order for me. Magically, she said please hold on, it was almost done Never again.
Quick and easy run through the drive-thru to pick up a batch of this year's Junior Frosty key tags. Asked for an oatmeal bar also. When I went to pay, they hadn't heard that part so I paid a second time with cash for the oatmeal bar. It was delicious. [I use the key tags as swaps in geocaches, primarily.]
I wish I could give this zero stars. I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy’s until tonight. I had to wait over 15 minutes to even get to the ordering window and when I did I was interrupted 3 times in the middle of my order and was told to hold and no one ever came back. After saying “hello?” Into the mic, they came back to take my order and tried to repeat the wrong order to me as if I had ever completed my order and we had to tell him “no” twice, we attempted to order again and we were asked 5+ times to repeat ourselves or to hold on as he made us wait even longer. After the passenger of my car got angry and yelled his order so maybe the man could hear/understand what we were trying to order, the employee yelled back “don’t yell at me or leave!” So we left and went to the Wendy’s location in ashburn and had zero issues and got our order promptly. Never going back to this location. Wasted at least 30 minutes of my time. I will definitely just make the drive to ashburn in the future. Terrible customer service.
