We have been going to this location a couple of times a week for the last few months since moving to the area. When we first started going there the food and smoothies were great. Fire the last month or 2 it has been hot our miss, I think depending on who is working and maybe if they are trained properly. Specifically we have been getting smoothies that seem to be watery and sandwiches that seem to be thrown together. At this point we are going to consider if we're want to continue going there. I have really liked tropical smoothie for years and try to find them when we travel but they latest experience at this store near our house leaves a bit of a bad taste, so to speak.

I ordered over $40 worth of food and driver shows up with 2 smoothies and says that's all they had for us. I'm starving because these people can't read an order and send it out correctly causing the uber driver to have to go back and get our food. Not sure who is in charge but they apparently need some assistance. AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE EITHER!!!!
Laziness or poor training? I order the hummus veggie wrap very often and this is the second time it has been made incorrectly. Both times there have been huge amounts of avocado, and only rice and beans and maybe lettuce. All of that avocado is disgusting, I don’t know if this person is properly trained in how to make this wrap or if they are just lazy. Also, it is super unsanitary to cut the tips off of the bananas and sell them like that. Who wants a banana that has already been opened? There has to be a guide on what goes into the wraps, you don’t get to make it how you want because you’re lazy. It is infuriating to be on my lunch break each time and have to deal with this. This location needs help.
Placed an online order then got to the store and they were closed with a paper sign on the front. Since then, I haven't been able to get ahold of them to get a refund. Hope management sees this...
My daughter and I each got a smoothie to go. Within 5 minutes we both complained they tasted like water.
Generally good food and smoothies. The buffalo chicken wrap could have used more buffalo sauce but that's a personal preference.

What you would expect from a large chain restaurant. It is clean and serves good smoothies. Peanut butter paradise is my favorite
