Been here twice and both times were good. Food wasn't bad drinka were good, staff was friendly. They have smoking area closed off so you don't have to go outside which is good if you smoke. They have pool and darts and the do karaoke not sure if that's all the time but the two times I've been there they had it they also got an area with little arcade games. I don't know if kids under a certain age are allowed in or not so I would call ahead to make sure since they have a bar and play music and have a dance floor. Will be visiting again
The atmosphere was everything you'd want in a bar. Food and drinks were great. Everything reasonably priced. The staff was super friendly and the customers were better. All in all, definitely the place to hang out. The dancing was cool, learned a step or two. The the karaoke, let's just say the crowd hyped everyone one up! It takes courage to do it and they definitely support. You don't want to miss this hidden gem!!!
Since reopening as "Loudoun Kitchen and Bar" and a makeover, this place has really improved. If you haven't been in a couple years, it's worth trying again. Better than standard pub food, a decent beer selection, and it's one of the few places open past 10 during the week in Leesburg.
I love coming here for three things: Customer Service, Food, & Happy hour! Love how at home this place makes you feel! Plus all the options of entertainment. You have pool tables, Arcade games and each day has something different going on. I have been coming here for years and you must give it a try! Thanks Dave & the staff for the hospitality after all these years!
Have seen this place a number of times but first time stopping there. I read very pleasantly surprised how good this place is. Very large open Sara with a big bar, full size pool tables, darts, large stage and video game area, was well as searching for eating. Everyone read so friendly and made you feel at home. Food was great. It was bingo night when I stopped by and that was an added bonus. I feel definitely be going back (maybe often)
This was my first time here and it was a nice experience. The bartender did forget to give me silverware for my food so I had to ask. I felt the portions were kind of small. The potstickers could have been either bigger or more for the price. The smoked sausage fettuccine only had maybe 1 and 1/2 sausages cut up into it.Other than that the food was good and the happy hour drink prices were not bad. As a solo diner I felt welcome and invited.
Great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Usually a pool table becomes available fairly quickly and they're always doing different fun things like music, karaoke or square dancing. Fun vibes and a good mix of younger people too.
Smoking coming in the door; but, once away from smoking bar it was pleasant. Was expecting typical bar fair; they serviced much better! The Rosemary Potatoes were fabulous and the sausage was not dried out resembling a hockey puck…
Enjoyed lunch. Shrimp tacos were really good, and different. They had diced cucumbers and a spicy sauce. The menu is diverse, not all bar food.
I was emailed about a job opportunity and asked to apply. After applying I was contacted very shortly after and asked to come in to TRAIN later in the week. I was very excited about the opportunity and prepared to start work. Considering I was under the impression that an offer to come in and train was an offer of employment, as any intelligible person would be, I declined interviews and job offers elsewhere considering I was no longer searching for employment. The day of my “training” I was on hold with SS for over 20 minutes when the establishment calls. I promptly click over thinking it was of importance pertaining to my scheduling. I was very sadly mistaken. I was informed that they’d chosen to “go with another applicant and there is no need to come in for training.” In my very humble opinion as a business owner myself this was not only extremely unprofessional but very much rude. I feel as though my time was wasted and could have been better spent applying and interviewing for more kind hearted positions elsewhere. So not only did I get an offer of employment revoked I lost my place on hold with SS. I’d never in a million years run my hiring process this way. In my 8+ years of experience in this industry I have never experienced such disregard for my time and mental health. This is completely unacceptable behavior from any employer but especially in times where people are be going for good, reliable employees such as myself. I would have been much more understanding if this was a revocation of an interview but it was not an interview it was an offer of employment.
